I had to have you guys come back out to help with my dishwasher being backed up after you replaced my garbage disposal a couple days ago. Service and the price for disposal repair were both amazing. When they came back out today to see what was causing the water backup in dishwasher not only did you promptly fix the issue, I wasn’t even charged for the service. I literally couldn’t be more impressed with how helpful and professional everyone I interacted with was including the woman who answered the phone when I called to make appointments and both servicemen who performed the repairs. I will definitely only call you guys the next time I have an issue and will go out of my way to refer family and friends. I couldn’t be more satisfied with the level of service my family received!

I would like to commend Chad on his excellent service during our heater inspection. He was highly informative and his inspection was thorough. He addressed all the issues and clearly explained our options. We particularly appreciate that he did not try to play the role of pushy sales person. He definitely earned our trust and we will happily utilize your company’s services for all of our future needs!

The communication and punctuality of Home Heros was exceptional! Brian the technician was so kind and did a fabulous job and the prices were reasonable. I would highly recommend them and will personally use them for my plumbing needs in the future!

Sam at Home Heroes does a great job. He has been to our home for routing maintenance, and just worked to provide a very thorough quote for some improvements. The admin team with Home Heroes is also great, with prompt phone responses and easy scheduling. The cost of their maintenance plan cannot be beat, and we've had a great experience with them for the past 3 years of patronage.

John and Dominic came out and were very professional, personal and great at their trade. Explained what they were doing, did their inspection and said nothing was wrong. Yearly inspection went great and would recommend this company to any and all!

The whole team at Home Heroes was the best! Everything from scheduling to the actual techs that arrived was top notch, and at an extremely reasonable price.
The service team explained the reasoning behind their recommendations very clearly. They performed the job quickly and quietly (not because i requested it, but because they were considerate of my 3 year old taking a nap upstairs!). When the work was done, they cleaned up any debris from the floor, even after I offered to do it myself. They put kindness first, and that means something these days.

It has been a really long time since I have had such a positive experience with a contractor. I cannot say enough good things about this company. If you're on the fence, call them. You will not be disappointed.

The staff over at Home Heroes has really been top Notch. The communication to get everything set up between Katie in the office was flawless. Faron [technician] showed up and really gave me a run down on what exactly is going on in my new house. Really appreciate his attention to detail and help with the matter. Then, Kevin in the office got back to me quickly with my different options on what we can do to move forward. Really enjoy everything about this company and when I'm ready I absolutely know who to call!

Great service on miscellaneous repairs & installations. Quick & easy scheduling, prompt arrival, and transparent pricing. Our tech Travis was polite & hard working. Had everything working great & cleaned up all work areas nicely when done. No complaints & will use again.

Sam and Fernando were fantastic, they both came out to work on my furnace. The replaced my flame sensor and did a deep blower clean to provide me the best efficiency for my furnace. Thank you Home Heros and thank you Sam and Fernando. Highly recommend Home Heros.

I definitely recommend Home Heros. They were very nice and very thorough. I was mostly impressed with them being so conscious about me having 2 cats and they did not leave any doors open leading to the outside for them to get out. They cleaned up after themselves and were so polite. I'm very glad to have found them and used them for some plumbing that needed done. Very reasonable on price. I have now signed up with them for the yearly plan.

I have no complaints about the service or quality or anything - the only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 was because of the price. The estimate seemed quite expensive and even the price we negotiated was still pretty high. That being said, I’m not a plumber and have no idea what the going rates are/should be for plumbing projects, so it’s entirely possible that we actually got a great deal.

Excellent service from booking an appointment to getting installation done! Was given a 2 hour window for the installers to arrive, got a call in the first minute narrowing it down. Installers arrived on time, got straight to work and got the job done much quicker than I expected. Installers did an outstanding job and even left the work area cleaner than when they arrived. Will highly recommend this company to everybody.

I had a great first-time experience with Home Heroes today. I called thinking they wouldn't be able to come out for at least several days due to the current snowstorm/cold weather, but Katie (who was very friendly and helpful!) was able to find me a same-day appointment. John was on time and did an extremely thorough job troubleshooting my furnace. He had the part I needed with him, and the entire service call with the part plus labor was very reasonably priced.

My furnace is on the older side, so I asked him about replacement options and costs. He said he could get me some numbers, but I felt absolutely no pressure from him at all. When the time comes to replace my current system, I'll definitely be using Home Heroes.

Came home to an active water leak in my bathroom walls, called 6 emergency plumbers and nobody could handle me same day other than roto-rooter. Norman found and repaired the leak quickly. He was very bright spirited the whole time and a pleasure to work with.
