Dillon Moreland was great; we share the same last name! Our issue was after hours, and he and Roto-Rooter were at our house in 30 minutes- truly appreciated.

These are the big companies I would stay away from. Long story short I have been without water for a month since I have called them. I have mentioned it when they call about the 2k mitigation bill I'm stuck with. Just stay away lol

After a full day wasted on trying to get an estimate, the cost was OUTRAGEOUS. I made a call for service at 7:45am. Was told someone would be out between 8 and 10am. They never showed up. At 11:00 I got a call saying someone drove by my house and said we don’t service those kind of pumps. No one even came to my door to talk to me. The pump is inside my house… with their previous service sticker on it…. A manager did call me to correct a miscommunication from the tech and they sent someone out to take a look. $2,800 to replace a basement sewage pump! That’s double the quote I got from someone else. This is for a part that costs about $500. I feel bad for those who pay for this service.

Our job involved the installation of four new faucets for bathrooms. RR’s crew was fast in getting there and and took the time to make sure the faucets were installed correctly. Nice job.

Dusty and Justin went above and beyond to fix our sewer line. They were there almost 10 hours. We’re very professional and kept me in constant communication and treated everything like it was their own property. Top of the line equipment and the experience to match. Highly recommend this team.

10/10 would recommend everytime! Norman was so nice and got straight to work unclogging our kitchen sink! Best customer service and quality out there!

This company does not appreciate The customers time. I was told the Technician will be arriving between 9 to 11 AM. At 5 PM, there was no call and no technician. I called multiple times and was told by the dispatcher that I am still on the schedule. Marina, one of the dispatcher, was extremely rude. She did not care that I waited for six hours. She said there’s nothing she can do other than I should just keep waiting and that she will send someone when a technician becomes available. I’m glad the calls are recorded so a supervisor can actually go back and listen to that conversation. This is a very disappointing experience and I would not use this company again.

Came to clean out our main kitchen drain for its annual cleaning. Went well but they did accidentally cause another back up in another drain. Did promptly return 2 days later to fix it at no additional charge.

My kitchen drain was clogged. Husham came out and was very professional. Explained what needed to be done. Once I gave the ok he got us squared away and didn’t make a mess in the process. Thanks for the great service Husham!

Technician was good and timely. got his electric snake (auger) and ran it through the drain - less than 3 feet. and the drain opened. Good job but the listed price was over $500. He gave me a discount of $120, so the bill was $395 for much less than hour of work.

Do not do business with this pathetic excuse of a company. Horrible customer service. I tried to book on Saturday and got 3 “we’re running behind” phone calls before them cancelling until WEDNESDAY. Then all day Wednesday “we’re running behind” until they said they’d be out first thing Thursday. Still didn’t come.

We have been displaced from our home with a 10 month old baby because they have strung us along acting like they can fix our sewer clog. Everyone on the phone acts like they couldn’t care less.

Technician was polite and knowledgeable. Didn't make me feel bad about putting carrot shavings in the disposal. Dispatch let me know when there was a delay and that my call was a priority.

New Year’s Eve called about a clogged kitchen drain just after lunch. The lady said someone could be out between 2:45 and 4:45. The technician called around 4:45 and said he would be here in about 45 minutes. He arrived about 5:30 and had the sink draining within an hour. Did a great job, left the work area cleaner than when he started, and was very professional and polite. Highly recommend.

Husham was a great communicator. He explained the entire process and was very upfront about costs. He gave professional recommendations for other, smaller problems I'd been dealing with regarding water pressure/temperature.

Norman is a good dude. Roto-Rooter quickly identified the problem (and it wasn't an easy one: kitchen sink caused emergency drain to back up in laundry room) and fixed the issue in less than an hour. You get what you pay for with plumbing & this holds true with Roto-Rooter. They are our trusted drain experts.

On a Saturday evening I had no warm water. Called Roto-Rooter an was serviced the next day and got a new water heater. I did not expect service this quickly. David T. (#8899) was friendly, as professional and efficient as anyone ever was. Also showed me his work and invited me to call with concerns. He made his business look fantastic.

Called out or a main drain clearing. Phil was very personable and did a great job caring for our house while taking care of the issue. Rob came out and ran a camera to find the exact place of issue and ensure the line was clear and flowing freely. Both guys did great jobs, Roto-Rooter is always my first call

Norman came out late at night and wrapped up just before midnight, he was super helpful, and very thorough! Got my drain draining and even gave me a contact of someone who can help with the water restoration. 100% would recommend this company to anyone!

Norman did a great job with inspecting my sump pump and repairing the issue. He was friendly and he provided clarification about what the repair was. The pricing was good as well. I recommend his service to others.
