Ask for Eric! I've used many services over the years for home maintenance and Hope was leaps and bounds better than any so far. Extremely knowledgeable about the work being performed and took the time to answer all of my questions.

Signing up for their yearly maintenance program was a no-brainer. For the cost of having my usual HVAC company out to service the furnace, they take care of both plumbing and HVAC service on schedule. Beyond satisfied.

James Patrick did an excellent job helping us with a plumbing issue. He went the extra mile by calling for additional support to get a camera inspection. The team from Hope Plumbing was friendly, professional, and explained everything in detail. I highly recommend them and will definitely use their services again!

A young salesman misdiagnosed the issue and paid thousands. I’ll be going elsewhere for future needs.

Edit: In response to their comment below - the manager was aware of the situation and told the worker to charge me anyway via phone. So I wouldn’t let their canned response on the internet fool you. They don’t care, it’s a total money grab.

They did an excellent job replacing my hot water heater with a new tankless heater. Everything was promised and completed in one day.

KJ is very knowledgeable about the sump pump system. He made ssure that everything was running well.

My daughter referred me to HOPE plumbing after Ron completed work at her new home. She was very impressed so I called them for some issues I was having. Cliff was the technician that came to my home and he was very knowledgeable and professional during his visit. He patiently explained things, answered all my questions and quoted me a fair price! The technicians were polite and respectful. They explained the problem, and how it could be remedied. I was very pleased with the response time and care I received.

Ron provided the absolute best customer service I have ever received. He took the time to explain how my well pump worked, what needed to be fixed and what likely caused it to break so I could prevent future failures. Ron was kind, trustworthy and very pleasant to work with. Everything was fixed in a timely and professional manner. Ron even improved our house's water pressure by buying a slightly larger switch as he was replacing the broken one.

I am 1000% satisfied with the work and personal customer service Ron provided today.

I would highly recommend hope Plumbing and plumber Jacob. He did an excellent job diagnosing our some pump issue and gave us some alternatives.

Very disappointed. The technician was polite, but pricing was nearly 3 times the amount of competitors. I had reached out to them because I had heard from two other individuals that they were fair and honest pricing. Definitely not the case.

I had a great experience with Hope Plumbing company when they came out to replace my water heater. From start to finish, the service was exceptional. Connor, the representative who assisted me, was incredibly professional, well-spoken, and knowledgeable.

What stood out the most was his ability to explain everything clearly in terms that were easy to understand. He presented several options with different pricing, all of which were very competitive. He took the time to walk me through each option without any pressure, and his patience was truly appreciated — especially as I asked him to repeat a few things more than once!

Great service, but exceedingly overpriced recommended extra repairs. The recommended repair was flushing our water heater for $2000. At another house we had a new water heater replaced by a licensed plumber for $1050 including the cost of the unit 2 years ago. Flushing a water heater takes less than one hour.

Patrick was knowledgeable, kind and patient, answering all my questions, even when they might sound a lot like the question just asked! Replaced my water softener. Fast, efficient and even flushed my hot water heater as a bonus. I am keeping them on my radar for any future issues.

I hired Hope Plumbing to attach my sump pump drainage to our city’s storm system. The workers were professional and efficient at their work. They answered all of my questions in a clear and direct way. They quickly resolved an unexpected delay. The workers had a lot of pride in their work and seemed to genuinely care about building good customer relationships. I would recommend Hope Plumbing to a friend.

From calling to get an emergency appointment to the finish of the project, the communication was prompt and friendly. We had a gas leak and our hot water was shut off. We didn't know what to do. We knew we needed a new heater and HVAC system as our 29 year old unit had called it quits. So we called Hope Heating and Electric. Bartley came out to talk to us about our current system and what it would take to replace it. We are thankful for Bartley and all he did for us.
