Larry came out to my house to fix an upstairs leak. It was an urgent situation and he made time to fit me into his busy schedule. He’s friendly, courteous, and professional. Highly recommended and will call him for all future plumbing needs.

THE best plumbers! Larry has helped me with a number of different projects. PPSF recently installed a kitchen sink, 2 shower pans, 3 toilets, a bathroom sink & vanity and new shower components in my three bathrooms. Larry and his crew communicate well. They return calls and provide accurate arrival time estimates. PPSF is thorough and honest. They use high quality materials and stand behind their work. I bought a toilet from a big box store and asked PPSF to install it for me. After installation I noticed an issue with the actual toilet. Without hesitation, Larry returned to my home & fixed the issue for me even though it had nothing to do with the installation. I will only call Professional Plumbing Solutions of Fishers for any future plumbing needs! Highly recommend and I’d definitely give them more than 5 stars if they were available!

I had a great experience with Larry Brown of Professional Plumbing Solutions. Very honest, straightforward and no upselling. Replaced the faucet quickly and left everything very clean. I would recommend them to anyone and will definitely call them again for any future plumbing needs.

Mr. Rooter was able to replace our gas water heater within a day of us calling, even though it was not an emergency. Their price was competitive and their technician, Carlos, was thorough and nice.

Had a leak on my water heater and after another company dropped the ball Mr. Rooter was there to help. They were here the same day and had me fixed in no time at all. Very professional and top quality service. I highly recommend!

My daughter shared Mr Rooter’s number , suggesting I call them to get an honest appraisal of my dishwasher issue as to whether it needed parts or replacement. They did some sump pump drainage line work for us and left our yard looking like this. Now they refuse to answer our phone calls after other vendors told us this is not how you do lines.

Mr Rooter technician was very nice. Nothing to complain about him. Did very good job and I will use them again.

Our bathrooms at the office had to be closed down around 3pm. Mr. Rooter was able to send a crew within 2 hours and complete the work. Very happy with the efficient/effective service.

I received a mailer for Mr. Rooter a while ago, and was shopping around for plumbing service for an issue we'd been having on and off. Last night, that issue reached a critical mass, either because of the snow or just too much buildup over time. I called Mr. Rooter last night and they came out this morning to look, communicate the issue, fix the issue, and give estimates on what a long term fix will be, which I plan on pursuing at a later date. Although the price was a bit higher than I was expecting, I feel like it was well worth every penny for the great service we received, the solid communication we got, and the overall understanding of our circumstances. Thanks again for your help and I'll be in touch in the future.

The damage to my copper waterline piping was supposed to be covered under THEIR warranty, however, MR. ROOTER decided I should REPAY. .

James came out in record time and diagnosed everything that was wrong with my sewer system and immediately got to work getting the parts needed. He also installed the toilet style I wanted in my master bathroom. James showed me problems with one of my bathrooms that if left unfound would have caused even more issues down the road, but has led me to file an insurance claim. All in all very pleased with the work, even though the cost always sucks! lol

Timely, personable and extremely professional team. Worked diligently to service my water heaters and explained all work completed thoroughly, and shared thoughts on future recommendation. While there they also took a look at my sub pumps and water softener to ensure they were working properly. I will certainly continue to utilize Mr. Rooter here in Indy/Carmel. Thank you team!

I had the crew at Mr. Rooter to my house for an annual water heater flush and plumbing inspection. They were friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. I especially appreciated they recommended I reach out to a previous plumbing company to inspect a water pressure regulator that other company installed to potentially save some money. You don’t always find that level of honestly, and I really value that. I’ll be using Mr. Rooter for all of my plumbing needs moving forward.
