We had a leak with one of our faucets and they had somebody out within an hour and fixed shortly after. Technician was extremely friendly as well. Highly recommend!

Yesterday, Jacob spent all day working on some plumbing at my house to complete a number of in installs and retrofits. He really knows his stuff and took his time to do the job right. I would have him back again when I need more plumbing work completed.
David (the Manager) was also there in the morning to discuss the work and give me a VERY reasonable price and contract for all the work I wanted completed.
I am very satisfied with the work, service provided and follow up with Mr. Rooter Plumbing.

I had a problem with my drainage in the backyard they came out in 48 hrs as it wasn’t urgent issue they found the problem very friendly staff and good price

Antoine efficiently drained the water heater, checked other areas for any problems, and gave us an estimate to replace the instant hot water tap. Pleasant experience.

Not pleased at all. The guys came out Tuesday. It took them 2-3 minutes to find the problem. I've of the guys said he would load the truck up Tuesday night and be out first thing the next day. He asked that I not use any water if I could help it. So we had to smell the toilet all night because we didn't want to flush it. The next day he didn't come. Not sure who I called but they said he was scheduled to come out first thing Thursday. I was at work so I didn't answer any phone calls. When I was about to I called back one of the numbers on my phone. The lady I talked to said the tech couldn't access the area due to my dog's. I told her my dog's are in the fenced in area and the access is on the outside of the fence. I also said he didn't have any trouble accessing it on Tuesday. Then I told her I was tired of them wasting my time and that I would find somebody else to do the work. She hung up on me. I never yelled at her or got disrespectful. Just started that they wanted me time.

They were prompt and showed up within 15 minutes of when they said they would be there completed the work efficiently and at a reasonable price.

Just about everything on this sink was wrong, and Jake fixed it right up replaced what needed to be replaced, turn upside down, upside right and stop one leak I didn't even know I had, and tightened up all the fixtures. So I would say he went above and beyond explained very well what he was doing step by step even though I was just anxious to get it done LOL

NO HOT WATER FOR TWO WEEKS AND COUNTING...
We purchased a new water heater from Mr. Rooter and had it installed by them. When it went out after a couple of years, we called them for a repair. We had to order a part, and it came in the next day. After they installed the part, it did not do the trick. They had us order another part and promised to come back as soon as it came. The new part came in a week ago, and we called them immediately. They said they would call us back. A week later (after several calls that we were assured our issue was "escalated"), we got a call back, and they told us they could come out in 5 days. They also mentioned that it probably wouldn't do the trick to fix it. They said they do not install the type of water heater we purchased anymore and encouraged us to take our frustrations to the manufacturer. When reminded that we purchased that type of water heater because it was sold and recommended by them, they just said we should call the manufacturer. We are now out $800 in labor fees, and have no hot water. I'm really disappointed that there has been no urgency to repair this issue.

I had a clogged drain, and ive been struggling with it getting clogged for a while now. I called Mr. Rooter and the guys that came arrived early in the day to get the job done!

While explaining the problem to the plumber, he explained the two routes I could go, gave me the pricing for both, and went into what each service e would essentially do and why I would want to do one over the other. He also gave me suggestions that I could do myself to help prevent this problem, suggestions I have not heard of or seen online when searching to solve this problem.

Hopefully I won't need another plumber soon, but I will call Mr. Rooter again when I do!

Antoine is so professional, knowledgeable, friendly and thorough! He diagnosed our problem right away and fixed it immediately!! He is the best!! I highly recommend Mr Rooter Plumbing and specifically Antoine!! The person who answered the phone, Ronni, made it so easy to make an appointment...she got him out here the same day!!

I appreciated so much being able to address my concerns freely. Damon listened and responded each time without judgement. I never once felt “talk down to”. He was through and diagnosed the problem. Also, I received same day service!!

Was not getting hot water to my shower. Carl new what it was and fixed it. He was great and put up with me asking questions. Lol

Damon was the second plumber to come out due to the first plumber not being able to unclog my drain and professionally declog my drain plus other things and was honest about the need of not replacing my garbage disposal as the first person told me I needed to. I just appreciate his attitude as kindness and personality and his work ethic.

I had great experience from the time I called to completion. I had a damaged water meter in my yard and they came out the same day I called. They were knowledgeable, professional the price was fair and it was repaired BETTER than the original install. Highly recommend and I will be using them again for future needs.

Antoine and Damon were very nice and hard working crew ! They also discovered that we didn't need as much work as thought. Which saved us a lot of money! I would recommend this company again and I would ask for Antoine and Damon again.

Mr Rooter did an outstanding job. The technicians arrived on the same morning I called even though it was not an emergency. They diagnosed my sump pump and answered my questions. I highly recommend them.

Jake and Damon did a great job! They were kind, considerate, and sensitive to the fact that this was a really bad situation in the middle of the weekend. Even though they had to come during their time off, they never made us feel like they weren’t happy to be there. They went above and beyond to help resolve our situation. I would definitely recommend them again!

These guys did an amazing job! They went over an above to ensure they fixed every problem with our kitchen. Honestly some of the best most honest technicians we have had at any of our homes. They will for sure be our go to for anything else that arises.

Easy to schedule, next day service, Dustin called me with a reasonable quote/fix for an issue in our rental property, and completed the work same day. Highly recommend!
