Kevin and Joe came out and did a professional job. I had a previous HVAC technician come out and waiting for them to show up but called Book in the morning and they came right out and solved the issue. Explained everything to me well and showed me what the issues where and a great price. I would recommend this place if you need your heating and cooling done.

My husband called Book at 8:00 this morning, and they were here in less than two hours. I appreciate that the gentleman who came to the door was wearing a mask. He was friendly and polite. Only one thing I can say with all this heat we have this week, is thank you to our HVAC technicians! On Saturday, during Benjamin's party, our system started failing and by Sunday morning was completely out. So the windows were opened and the ceiling fans turned on high! After sending a message to our local pro., Joe Book with Book's Heating and Cooling, he was quick to respond and was at the house bright and early Monday morning to take measurements and give us a quote for a whole new system. I told Joe there wouldn't be anyone else I would trust and that there would be no other quotes from anyone else, even if their's was less money! Joe and his team were here first thing this morning to get us taken care of before the heat got too intense. They showed the utmost respect to us and to our house and diligently worked to get the job done! They were kind enough to explain our new system and all that it entails, especially since we have an outside wood stove as a secondary heating source that works in conjunction with our HVAC unit. My parents raised me to love and be proud of the community I live in and support those who call it home too, but also call it their place of business. Buy local, support local, eat local! Book Heating and Cooling is amazing! First a bit about their techs. Joe, Kevin, Rick & Tyler: each is a master of their craft. Always early or right on time. They are always kind, courteous and extremely knowledgeable. Renee answers the phones for Book Heating and Cooling and she is always a joy to talk to. Secondly their work is impeccable, everything is tucked away, ziptied down, cleanly wrapped with tape and the area always left nice and tidy. Book Heating and Cooling is the best and I will always use them!

I had Kevin come and troubleshoot my A/c unit and he was the most professional and courteous individual to work with. Came out same day diagnosed and fixed the issue without pressuring me to update an old system. Couldn't recommend him and this company enough!

Had a new TRANE HVAC system installed today. I didn’t think that businesses like this still exist. After an agreement and a firm hand shake everything agreed upon went as agreed. The crew that came out was 2nd to none. Treated our home and family like family. Never met Joe before but now that I have I feel blessed!!!

Can’t say enough good things about Book! Called for a furnace repair and they had someone out within the hour. The technician that came was so respectful, knowledgeable, and friendly. We ended needing a new furnace and ac until (our current one was 22 years old). The owner and another technician came back out the same day to install our new units. They worked very late and in the rain to get the job done! I would recommend them to anyone a thousand times over! You have gained a lifelong customer!

Our AC called it quits during one of the hottest days of the year. I called Book the next day, right when they opened. The sweetest lady answered the phone and said someone would be available that day to evaluate the situation. True to their word, the owner and another professional showed up around noon to evaluate the damages. They quickly assessed the situation and gave my husband and I options. Every question I asked was met with honesty and professionalism. The option I chose meant more work for his company, but they continued to work until the job was done right. They continued to give us updates throughout the day, as well. Book did an amazing job and I’d recommend them to anyone.

I have chosen Book Heating & Cooling for my HVAC needs for the past eight years. This has included (a much-needed) replacement of an AC unit and furnace, as well as general yearly maintenance. I previously utilized other companies, and they pale in comparison to Book. Book is consistently responsive, professional, honest, fairly priced, and knowledgeable. Joe made selecting new units simple and took the time to explain my options and answer all my questions. Rick has provided the yearly services I have requested. He is always so kind and goes above and beyond (and I very much appreciate that he always puts booties on to come into the house). I also appreciate the appointment reminders from Rene in the front office. I can, and do, recommend Book over and over again.

We bought a new Trane unit from Book about 4 years ago, everything went flawlessly and I got a great deal. Had an issue today (Sunday, 95 degrees), they returned my call, arrived fixed and cooling again within 2 hours. Great service, great company, great employees!
