By far the friendliest and most responsive HVAC company around! If you want a great product from a great family owned business, buy from Book! Our house is so much more comfortable since we installed our ac and furnace.

Book went above and beyond for me and I cannot recommend them enough.
My AC unit went out one night and as a new home owner I was extremely worried. I called Book the next morning and spoke to Renee who was very sweet and polite. Joe came out the same day to assess and had the issues fixed extremely timely! He was professional, courteous and mindful when explaining the problem, you can tell they treat their clients with respect and genuine care. They are phenomenal and I will always use them :)

We hired Book Heating and Air to install a new furnace and heat pump. They scheduled the installation for the next week. The 4 employees, which included Joe, the owner, arrived on time. They started work immediately removing the old units and installed the new furnace and heat pump. Joe answered all questions and concerns. He explained the workings of the new systems. The workers were efficient and very friendly. They picked up all debris and left the area neat and clean. The job was complete in 3-4 hours. We couldn't be happier with the entire process. We would highly recommend them.

Our air conditioning went out and Books came out same day… I can’t say enough about Rick and Steven coming out and fixing things right away. They were so polite and professional and efficient, I wish everyone was like this company! They are wonderful!

First of all, WOW! I called and got same day service when our AC stopped working. Kevin showed up in 30minutes and had my unit working within a hour! He was so kind and took the time to discuss everything with me as he was working on my unit. He even washed our unit at the end! A truly amazing experience and they now have a customer for life!

Called regarding thermostat not working. They had someone right over to check the situation. Changed the thermostat, which was under warranty, and as a courtesy changed the air filter. From the time of my call to completion of services was less than one hour. Amazing service!

My AC stopped working. The fan was going, but the cooling system was not working. Called them up the next day after reviewing the previous homeowner’s warranty and they honored it. They came out within an hour of me calling them and worked on the system. Less than 20 minutes, they figured out and had it fixed. It was a dual capacitor, a common piece that fails. The gentlemen were very professional and helpful, even advised me the best way to keep the AC running longer. Definitely a great local company. Wouldn’t hesitate to call them again.

Needed to replace an older gas furnace. Promptly responded to my request for a quote and provided an affordable estimate. In less than a week, the new unit was installed by a very professional crew. I highly recommend.

Book Heating and Cooling replaced our Trane Unit. Our unit had a leak, they come out to check it on Wednesday. We needed a replacement, ours was 28 years old. They put in a new unit on next Monday and it only took them 3 hours! They were professional, knowledgeable, efficient, and so helpful! Thank you for your service! We are so thankful for our new unit!!!

Called Book Heating and Cooling this morning and spoke to Rene in the office. I was having problems with my house heating. She was very friendly and helpful. She scheduled Joe and Kevin to my house and they showed up within a couple of hours and fixed the problem. Very happy customer these guys are truly experts in their industry. I highly recommend Book Heating and Cooling to anyone.
