Eager Beaver did a great job cutting down a large tree in our back yard. The staff is courteous and efficient. Those guys worked so hard all day and left us with a perfect job and cleanup. I will recommend them to anyone needing tree services.

Showed up on time Was very professional did exactly what we agreed upon. And when they finished there wasn't any evidence they were even there. Everything was completely cleaned up.

Wow, where would I start the compliments. Rapid response to a fallen tree on our home. Informative advice for handling the initial tree removal and clearly spelled out the insurance normalities. Explained their safety program(s) related to ANSI and OSHA. Arrived on time for the work with a very polite, well tooled, fit, clean, and avid crew.

Now the fun part; as a project manager over the years in construction, I witnessed a true "team" go to work in the most organized and homogenous fashion ever seen, safely removing the weight and risk from the home, removing the debris from the area, and within a timeframe that was mind-boggling. I highly recommend this company. They cut down a tree for me on some property I own out of town. They were so easy to work with. There were a few obstacles along the way that they professionally dealt with for me. I very much appreciate the competitive price, amazing customer service, and great job!

Cannot say enough good about Eager Beaver. They are quick & responsive & highly professional. Excellent communication!! I had a very complicated removal - absolutely huge, 100+ year-old tree in a tight city lot space. They were clearly highly skilled & had the needed big equipment. Pricing was fair - much less expensive than 1 other quote & several companies walked away & said they couldn't do the job. There was 1 slight glitch - a tiny bit of damage to a neighbor's garage but the Eager Beaver folks talked to the neighbor about it immediately- before he noticed it - and they fixed it in a week to the neighbor's satisfaction. Neighbor told me their communication with him was excellent too. Could not recommend highly enough. A friend has already used them & was also completely satisfied.

Keegan came by about 10 days ago and looked at our problem. We had a large limb on an old catalpa tree that had a twist break in it and was threatening the next-door neighbor's driveway and possibly their house. Ralph and crew showed up this morning and took care of everything that was discussed with Keegan. The care that was taken operating the equipment between two homes and a garage was impressive. The job was done in a professional and timely manner, and the price was reasonable. I highly recommend these guys. Unfortunately, I was so absorbed in watching them work that I neglected to take any pictures or video.

A large crew arrived fully equipped with high-quality tools and complete safety gear. They worked efficiently to remove two very large trees and demonstrated professionalism and courtesy throughout the job. I was amazed at the professionalism of the Eager Beaver job. The took down 5 large branches in my backyard and cleaned up like you never knew they were there.

They were removing a stump from my neighbor. I asked if I needed to contact the office to schedule time for them to look at removing a stump for me. The guy said they had time to look at it now. They quoted me a price on the spot and removed the stump.
Additionally, we had a good conversation about hunting and fishing.
It was a very good experience!

This is the second time that I used Eager Beaver. The first time was a large project that required multiple days for completion. This lasted job was completed in just one day. Both times the work was completed with exceptional professionalism. From the quoting process, through adhering to the stated arrival time, expertise in carrying out the job with safety and care to the surrounding landscape, and final clean-up, Eager Beave met all my expectations. I would recommend them and use them again on my next project.

Really great group of folks. Took out 5 dead trees in my property that were too close to the house. Got out for a quote and got scheduled for less than a week out. Work was fast, appeared safe and finished before lunch. Cleanup job was unbelievable, and for a whole lot less than I was expecting. Highly recommended!

Some room for improvement, but overall a solid business in this line of work. Despite some miscommunication/misunderstanding in regard to some pruning work I had done, Eager Beaver made sure I was completely satisfied and came back when they said. There was also some apparent miscommunication in regard to the date the arborist gave me as opposed to a mix-up of the date the lady in the office had given me. The original date the arborist scheduled me for was correct and fortunately I had kept my day off for the original date I was given. Since I was home to show the guy that came back exactly what I had originally intended, this time the job was even better than I had originally hoped for. Eager Beaver prides itself on being true arborists and protecting the tree's health is the focus of this tree service. I had a tall tree that was top heavy on one side that extended rather far above my neighbor's yard, and I wanted it pruned for safety in the event of ice storms, high wind, and other bad weather. The tree was originally cut rather conservatively the first time based on what they recommended opposed to what I was needing done. If at all possible, I would suggest being onsite when the work is being done just to clear up any confusion if one is getting similar work done. In any case, it all worked out in the end. From what I gathered, one isn't going to save any money by choosing this business, but one also has the peace of mind that they're getting a professional service that shows up when scheduled (even on a day where it had rained pretty good right up to their arrival) and will do a good job of cleaning up afterward. I kind of wished they would've itemized the cost of each individual tree I was having worked on since it was all lumped together aside from the stump grinding. The best I could determine is one will pay about the average cost for an established tree company such as this. Though I would say the professionalism of this company balances and justifies the expense rather than rolling the dice with a more budget friendly tree service. Another thing of note is be prepared to pay using a check unless you want to get charged extra for the convenience of a debit/credit card. I know some people in this day in age don't like sending checks in the mail, so I just though this was of note. I disguised my check a bit in the envelope, mailed it, and fortunately it arrived with Eager Beaver immediately emailing me a receipt. All in all, I'd definitely consider Eager Beaver again in the future.

They quoted (fair price), they came, they did what they said they would do when they said they would do it. The team was friendly, efficient, informative, and clearly had been working together for some time. Learned later, it has been many years! Says a lot. I can only say good about them and the company.

Eager Beaver is definitely a 5 star or more company with the work that was done at my house!! I am so happy with the quality and professional work that they all did.
People were stopping in front of my house and taking pictures of their trucks to get their phone number. Also I was stopped and asked by so many people while they were working if I was happy which was definitely very obvious with the smiles on my face.I know of 4 neighbors that scheduled a job for their home from my house.
