Great locally owned business. Good pricing, great service, and they truly have "all phase" equipment. Needed a three phase breaker and they had it in stock. I have been back several times since my first visit.

This is a good old boys store that allows certain people/companies privileges but not others. Price gouging is a common practice. If you are getting the “contractor discount” you are paying 200% more than a normal walk in customer.

Terrible customer service, im an electrical contractor. The counter was VERY VERY rude, didnt want to help, they messed up my order and i had to keep telling them they were giving me the wrong material. 0/5 stars. Very very disappointed

Worst customer service ever! Purchased large quantity of led lamps for a job. Box stated to last 60,000 hr or over 6 years. Bulbs started to fail in less then a year. They replaced a few but after that said I would need to contact manufacturer and would not help me any more.Could have replaced with different brand as they said they have had problems with that brand. But rather just wash their hands of the issue.
I have spent thousands of dollars with them. Never again!

Rude and not helpful at all. I was told one thing on the phone and then greeted by a very rude guy who was not helpful at all and would not help me just said I can’t help you. What do you need cut very bad business.

thanks for providing material i needed in a time crunch due to another supply house in the area messing up my order. ordered material and the delivery truck showed up within 2 hours. i will be buying from here for all my jobs in the future.

Wonderful experience with Moir Electric! I couldn’t be happier with the decision I made to go with this company. Not only were they friendly, knowledgable, and professional, they came out right away and promptly resolved each issue (there were many) I was having. Max was great and also took the time to explain to me what was causing each problem.
Another great thing they’ll do before setting an appointment, is speak to you about what’s going on and try to give you a ball park estimate, so you can have an idea of cost before moving forward.
If you are going back and forth on who to choose for your electrical needs, just give them a call. You’ll see why they received such a good review.

This is by far the best company to do business with. I did a total gut and remodel of my house over a six-month period, and they handled any and every issue that came up over that time period. Carter and Nate removed light fixtures, hung new ones, ceiling fans, rewired the entire kitchen, installed can lights, cabinet lights, and did trouble shooting. Any time I had a question, Jack was helping me on the phone. Absolutely fantastic group of people. (Nancy Sutton)

First time needing an electrician in many years. Called Moir Electric and am pleased with their work. I think it was the owner I talked to when I scheduled and he was pleasant and got all of my information. Jack showed up on time and went about assessing the problem. He was very nice and got the outside job done in wet and cold conditions. We appreciate his hard work and wouldn't hesitate to use Moir Electric again!
*Update* We had Moir Electric out for a 2nd problem and Max was able to locate the problem and quickly fix it. Excellent communication.

I hired Moir Electric to replace a light fixture in my dining room and add a remote to a ceiling fan both 13 ft high. They did a great job, they were timely and professional and I couldn’t have done the job without them. Highly recommend Moir Electric !
