Sierra Electric did a fantastic job and made some needed electrical repairs for us when we were selling our home. John Sierra was very responsive when we contacted him. He worked with our schedules to make the necessary repairs to our home. When the "fix" wasn't as straightforward as he originally anticipated, John was persistent and took the time to troubleshoot the problem. We highly recommend Sierra Electric!

Found a short in underground wire to light post in front of house and replaced it during a snow storm. Wired TV antenna in attic, made sense of a mess of wires up there. First time we called him was for a garbage disposal switch that needed to be replaced. He gave us advice on how to determine if it was the switch or a broken disposal over the phone, so helpful!

The electrician who came to my home today was an answer to a prayer. Although Jim ran into a few obstacles he was determined to complete the job... and He did! Hi Tech, thank you for having Jim on your team.

After coordinating with the utility to remove the meter, Jerome came out to replace the main breaker. Turns out the new breaker was bad, but he stayed on top of getting a replacement so the power could be restored. He was great and their office staff was very helpful and friendly as well. I highly recommend Hi-Tech Electric!

I called them because we needed a breaker box replaced. They sent someone out and took pictures so far so good. After that though is were it goes bad. I called them 9 days after they took the pictures and they hadn’t even looked at them. They have never called me or sent me an estimate. It has been 2 weeks now. Never doing business with them again.

Edit: Turns out they sent an estimate but I never got it since my email was misspelled in their e-mail. They got back to me after I posted this review. Still Not happy took 10 days from getting pictures to get the estimate sent, but that is still much better than being ignored for 2 weeks.

Hi-Tech's staff was very professional. Responded to my request very quickly as I needed a new junction box installed. They sent someone out to do a site survey and even took the time to explain exactly what needed to be done. Had the quote within 24 hours. The gentleman who did the job was very professional and did exceptional work. Very happy with Hi-Tech and would highly recommend them.

I would never recommend this company. The electrician was very unprofessional. He was yelling and cursing so loudly I could hear him in my backyard. The communication was awful. Still waiting on a return call. To top it off, after they replaced my electrical panel, my ceiling heat didn’t work in over half of my house. They came back out to assess the non functioning heat just to remove the thermostats in those rooms and said this wasn’t a result of their work. This was not outcome I expected.

Update: I hired a licensed electrician who corrected all the mistakes your electricians made on my panel. All the ceiling heaters are now functioning perfectly just like they did before your work. Thank goodness I didn’t spend tens of thousands of dollars to replace my heating system. Thank you Korte Heating and Air!

Hi-Tech was the third electrician to come out for the lights in my kitchen suddenly not working. I have old fashioned low voltage wiring and it's hard to find a company still willing to work on it. Gill was sent to my home, arrived at the time I was told he'd be here, listened to me whine about the other companies that had been out and got right to work. He was kind and professional. Not only did he fix my kitchen lights, he also fixed my back porch light that hasn't worked in the 12 years I've lived in this house. I'm stupidity excited about my back porch light.

Terrible management, awful quotes. The new project managers they have running things are a joke! If you want good affordable work i suggest u look elsewhere. Greg the manager is spineless. Won't take calls or handle things himself, pawns off his responsibilities on to everyone else. Sneaky business.

Very friendly technician he got the job done for under $750 it was very good and fast at his job I thought it would take him longer than what it did I would recommend high tech electric to anybody that needs their electric done

I had Hi-Tech come out to install the outlet for my Tesla wall charger and they did a great job. I had a co-worker recommend them to me after doing the same at his home. They also were able to install the sub meter socket so I can get that sweet AEP discount and installation credit. Thank you
