My carpet, sofa and loveseat all look so much better now. The high traffic areas cleaned up beautifully and the dark areas that were there before are completely gone. Very polite and professional. Their responses and communications were great from beginning to end. I will absolutely use Steam It again!

We had a great experience with Steam It. We called around for quotes on what we needed done and not only were they competitive on pricing but they also were able to provide same day service. The owner Jeff even came out to help get the job done. He was very personable and down to earth. They did an amazing job and we will definitely be using them in the future!

Scheduled again this year to get everything clean before the holidays. Technicians Jaylen, who was here last year, and Steven arrived on time, respectful, communicated clearly before beginning and finished promptly. Smells and looks very clean. Driving by watching their business grow, finally made an appt when daughter bought her condo with some previous pet issues. They did an outstanding job, and gave an extra layer of enzyme cleaner on this older carpet. Friendly, down to earth and none of the pounding you about a bunch of extras. Really looks beautiful and I don’t think we’ll have to pull it and change padding and seal. Recommend.

They did a great job, being very professional and friendly. The carpets that they cleaned were extremely dirty and after their treatment you could really tell the difference! They look great and the whole area smells fresh and clean!

Steam It did not disappoint! We’ve had them out several times now and will always continue to call on them for cleaning carpets. This was our first time using Steam-It. The young men were on time, polite, personable and very fast workers. They were thorough and answered my questions. They also gave me an estimate for the rest of my rooms before they left. Communication prior to my appointment was great. I appreciated the text telling me they were on their way. Pricing was reasonable. I will definitely use this company again.

I would definitely recommend Steam It!! My husband and I purchased a new home and the carpet looked terrible! I reached out to Steam It first and got a quote for how much it would cost to clean it and it was the most reasonable price in the area! We debated whether or not to replace or clean it so it took about three weeks for us to get someone to come out to measure our home and give us quotes. During that period Jeff was very patient with me and followed up with me but was never pushy! We decided to get our carpets cleaned rather than replacing them and we are so happy we decided that! Our carpets look damn near brand new!! Would definitely recommend to anyone 10/10!! Even the guys who came out were super friendly and honest with me about certain stains that would not be removed (dried blue paint) and I appreciated that very much!
