Mike and Doug were very helpful and fixed our issues with our air vents. They cleaned up their mess when they were finished and left the room looking like no one had been in there!

Eric Schaefer was always diligent in performing the preventive maintenance in a timely manner. This exceptional attention to detail prevented problems before they had a chance to create major issues. When problems did arise Eric was always prompt in responding and resolving the issue! This team does an exceptional job and provides unprecedented customer service!

Maintenance management has been servicing XPO Logistics for a few years. The office staff are friendly and get the service techs out quickly. Tom is our usual tech, he is awesome! He always has a great attitude and takes care of our issues correctly and promptly. I would recommend MM to anyone in need of their services.

Erik Schaefer is very pleasant to work with in our building. Always attentive to any building issues and multitasking is a plus to have here. I have had the pleasure to work with Maintenance Management before we moved locations and we were very pleased with the work that they did for us. Erik Schafer was assigned to our building for 1/2 day and was really great to work with. Erik was always willing to go above and beyond to take care of things we needed or to help out on projects as needed as his management approved. He was always willing to get approval to stay with us the whole day to get things done as needed. We wish we could have hired him directly. ;-)

7-22-25 My apartment at Emerald Point’s central air conditioning broke late yesterday on this balmy 94 degree weekend! Felt like I was camping sleeping in a tent.
Promptly this morning Maintenance Management came out and installed an emergency capacitor and got it cooling. I’m so thankful! Yay!
Troy fully explained the work done and is following up with acquiring the new permanent part. 👍👍👍👍

Maintenance Management is a full serviced company including general maintenance as well as trained and skilled HVAC techs. On site maintenance personnel, like Erik, are great with the tenants and take pride in their jobs. Highly recommend for commercial properties.

Last week Erik S. made arrangements to install a pergola on our east patio. He and his helpers, Doug S. and Tom N., did a terrific job of getting this installed and the electric run. Kudos to the boys at Maintain Fort Wayne for always doing a great job!
