Johnnie is truly an amazing young man. He can fix about anything. He came to install a new bathroom exhaust fan and look at the cranks on 3 Anderson windows. Fan is working and parts ordered for the windows now. I’ve looked for someone to fix my windows for months. He is very reasonable, in fact too much so. We paid him much more than he ask for, he’s worth it. If you want a responsible hard working handyman, give him a call, he won’t disappoint. He was also able to come the day after I called him.

John seems to be able to fix anything and quickly. He recently just repaired my front door handle. We ordered a new one but he was able to fix the broken one and return the new one. He also helped me winterize my riding mower. Wonderful handyman, recommending him to friends and family.

Very pleased with the service I received from John called him on Friday with an issue with my garage door, not opening all the way. John stated he had never worked on this type of garage door, but he would be able to figure it out. John was very prompt. He came the next day. He kept me informed of when he was coming and true to his word he was able to figure out the issue and resolved it and now my garage door is working again. I will definitely use John again for other jobs in the future and will definitely recommend him to others.

I had a great experience with this handyman! He was very professional, friendly, and easy to communicate with from start to finish. He showed up on time, got straight to work, and completed the job quickly without cutting corners. The quality of his work was excellent, and he made sure everything was done properly before leaving.

It’s not easy to find someone reliable these days, but he definitely delivered. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a dependable, skilled, and efficient handyman. I will definitely be calling him again for future projects!

Finally get an appointment set up then they don't even bother to show up. No phone call, no text, nothing. Just a no show.

Either very booked schedule or does not want my money/job. I would not know as I did not receive any reply back to multiple messages about work needing to be done. Called twice only to get a text asking to message him. 2 separate messages over the last few days are still unanswered.

Fort Wayne Mr. Fix It is a great place for remodeling bathrooms, kitchens, ect. Genuine hard working, friendly, professional and honest people that get the job done in a timely matter. Plus it is reassuring that they are licensed and insured compared to other companies out there. Definitely worth 5 stars!!!

We had some plans fall through for a show in Fort Wayne and needed some last minute help on constructing a temporary stage. It was an odd request, but mrfixit was on it and it was a huge relief. I don't usually leave reviews but I owe you one for the help. Coolest guy too. Would recommend to anyone

We have been working with Rob on our rental properties for a couple of weeks now. He has been EXCEPTIONAL in every way! Our tenants have commented on his professional and skills. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

If I could give 0 stars I would. Rob is a contractor for my landlord and I was communicating with Rob to schedule a date and time for him to come look at the peeling paint on my walls due to moisture in the home. I gave Rob 5 different dates and times that I was available and he declined all of them. On the phone with me, he proceeded to tell me I was being difficult trying to schedule because he has so much other work to do. He then rambled for about 5 minutes about all the other jobs he has. So then I asked him when would work for him. He said he’s available in a half hour if that works for me… which was a time that I had already offered earlier in the day that he rejected. So he gets to my house and there’s two other people with him. I open the front door and he gives me no identification, no introduction, nothing. I ask them to walk around to the back so I can let them in the back door (where the kitchen and bathroom are that he’s inspecting) so he doesn’t walk on my white carpet in the living room and so he doesn’t have to take his shoes off. He insisted on coming in the front door. After 3 times of me asking him to go to the back door, he got upset and said that I was being difficult and he will not work on my house. He was very unprofessional and had an ignorant attitude as if he wasn’t the one being difficult the whole time trying to schedule this appointment.

We've hired people in the past to turn our upstairs loft into a bedroom who ended up taking the money and leaving town. We never got that money back so I've always been cautious in the future when it comes to contractors, but I have to say that my opinion has been changed thanks to your work. You were very professional and friendly, and the work looks amazing. Your suggestions were spot on too. Thank you again. You've definitely got my recommendation. 5 stars!

MrFixit got me in on a same day appointment. He fixed my window within 10 minutes. He was prompt, professional and kind. I highly recommend him and will utilize his services in the future.

We had all the smoke detectors in our house going off at the same time and I was out of town on business with my pregnant wife and daughter at home. Rob rushed over after a long day of painting and took care of the problem, even gave my wife his phone number and told her to call in the middle of the night if it started going off again. Rob has a customer for life with me!
