Very impressed. Called Johnnie right before 5 PM and he answered promptly. Explained that I needed some wood attached behind my siding so I could attach a video doorbell. He arrived at 10 AM the next day with a better, and cheaper, option. He installed the video doorbell with butterfly screws. It is very solid. We will definitely call him again for future work.

John is professional, courteous, responsive, and works very hard to get the job done. We just moved into our new home. He has put 3 large tvs up, several curtain rods, large mirrors, patterned wallpaper, picked up furniture from the store, removed trash and boxes, helped with a move, set up ring and ring security, installed a baby gate, and fixed furniture. He even made sure he had shoe coverings when walking on the new carpet and even removed shoes when he didn't have the shoe coverings! We are very happy with him and hope to continue to working with him in the future.

We needed Johnnie for a small odd job, and he came right out the same day. He charged us a very reasonable fee and made quick work of it. We will definitely use 1&Done again in the future for our small repair needs.

The guy that came in to mount our 75in tv for their business was so friendly and very knowledgeable. We were highly satisfied. They also had to do more than we originally thought and even though it took much longer than we expected, it turned out wonderful. He double checked with us that everything worked/was connected to the tv for our ultrasound business. We would definitely recommend- great guy and awesome work!

Johnnie came out do do an estimate, he ended up fixing my door (just a screw was missing) and replaced my kitchen faucet that was leaking in addition to the estimate. I wasn’t expecting to have anything done, but he insisted on fixing the sink before he left. It was a much harder task than expected, but he got it done and cleaned up everything after. We are planning on having him do some other things around the house also, he was nice and very professional!

1&Done Maintenance did an awesome job for me. I had 2 door frames fixed and one door replaced. I am a very satisfied customer. I will be using John and Jake for all my future problems. I will highly recommend them. And very reasonable. Good job!

Had some siding that had popped off and the wind kept catching it. Called John to come and fix it. There was some timing issues so he did come pretty late but he was very apologetic and was extremely generous with payment to make up for it. Got the job done quickly and showed me and explained what he did. Very professional and would recommend

We called John for several jobs recently and he and Jake do excellent work. They replaced a kitchen faucet including faulty pvc pipes under the sink, installed a window ac unit and custom built an exterior platform with heavy duty brackets including interior protection sealing off any exposure, next they removed a gas supply line and an exterior gas grill filling in exposed soil, finally they corrected the hot and cold supply to our washer that was incorrectly installed when a seperate company made the delivery. The work was done correctly and all work spaces were cleaned and debris removed. Quality work and I recommend them. Thank you John.

Miles was my technician. I had a deadbolt installed. He kept working until it was installed correctly. Thanks will definitely be using their services again.

We had our drywall done in the bathroom and the work was done quick but efficient. Every other place told us they were booked out at least a week in advance and we were able to call 1 & Done and have someone come out the following day that we called.

Can’t say enough about our experience with John today. My husband found him on Google after calling 3 other places to mount our TVs. John gave us a great price (much less than the others), and was able to come the same day! Impeccable workmanship. Couldn’t be happier and we are already thinking of some other things we are going to call him for! Highly recommend.

Johnnie Brennan came out today to put in our new door and frame. He is very kind and doesn't stop till work is done! He is very professional and proficient! He will be back tomorrow to install our new glass front door as well. We have a nice list of things we have needed completed and Johnnie is the man for the job! We were truly impressed with how great our door looked and how easily he knew how to get it done! This company is a class act. They are very responsive and definitely knows what they are doing. Managed to fix my ceiling drywall without messing with the crown molding.Also helped me with a toilet replacement, even picking up the toilet from the store. Straight to the point and professional work. Would highly recommend.

Good work at a good price. He has school, so starting times tend to be later--perfect for working people who want projects done but don't like to leave their homes open while they are at work.

I needed a mailbox replaced after a snow plow had hit the original mailbox. John answered my call right away and scheduled the job for the next day. The ground was frozen and the mailbox was located on a busy road so it wasn’t easy but John took care of it in a very professional manner. Price was fair and I wouldn’t hesitate to call John the next time I need a project completed.

I called John on Wednesday to ask about a job drilling a hole for ethernet to our basement. John was very friendly and promptly said he had availability the next afternoon.
