Had 1 & Done install a couple of exterior doors. They were able to get them installed next day and looking great. Great value for the quality work.

1&Done came on time & were great! Fixed an overhead light/fan in no time. Very professional, took the old light, and left a clean job. Very impressed!

John is a very good man. He loves what he does and is very courteous and conscious of what he does. He loves to help you do whatever you need done. I talked to him while he installed a much needed natural gas pipeline into the back porch for a heater.
Once I get my businesses up and running, I am going to

Nice, young gentleman came to fix my mailbox after a delivery truck driver hit it. He got the company to pay for the mailbox because it was broken when they only wanted to pay for the post. I discovered he could help me with other projects such as staining my porch and fixing my door. He was willing to negotiate the price, and so I hired him on the spot. He got right on the project and completed it within 4 hours. He said he guaranteed his work for a year, and I was impressed with the work he did. I am going to work on another bigger project with him in the future, and he offered to give me a bigger discount if I combined all the projects together. Very satisfied customer.

I've known this man close to 10yrs ..we did the project pictured...in my 39yrs of honest opinion ..you can't find someone more dependable more reliable more honest more self sufficient than John Brennan at 1&Done ...Hands down this should be the only call you make when. You have maintenance needs ..I say that bc of his integrity and skills and ability to get the job done ..but also right the first time ..

Jon changed out doorknobs and deadbolts for us. He was able to come out same day and helped us out by going to get a different product that was needed. He was friendly, professional and did a good job.

Johnnie did an awesome job with my door replacement! He worked around my hectic schedule, and stayed in contact from the first time he came out to take measurements, all the way through completion of the job, and was always polite and professional in our dealings. He cleaned and restored everything back to better than original condition, and I was pleasantly surprised at just how flawless my new door looked when he was finished! Highly recommend!

We hired 1&done maintenance for hooking up washer &dryer and mounting TVs and art work. They were able to get us the same day and did a quality job. We will definitely hire them in the future.

Handyman who is knowledgeable and personable too.Works fast and does it right!
He actually calls you to remind you of your appointment. Also is on time or if delayed, again will keep you updated. You will be impressed just as I am! He replaced a kitchen faucet and found another problem with the supply line and fixed it also! He’s a 5 star man!

I Googled Handyman service Fort Wayne and 1&Done Maintenance was one of the first that popped up. After reading a lot of 5 star reviews. I gave him a call. He answered and we set up an appointment. i called him to give me a quote for cabinet door hanging. After he gave me the quote I mentioned that I also have an over the stove Microwave to hang. He gave me a quote for that and he said I can do it now. I accepted the offer and he got the old microwave out and the new one in. He was very nice and did a great job. I really appreciate the help.

Called company and spoke with Johnnie for smaller job. Needed shower re-caulked. He did a great job caulking all the areas. He was professional and did a great job. He did ask if we needed anything else done today or in future. I will be using him again for several projects.

John tore out a water damaged door and installed a new door and frame for us. He even picked up the new door from the store. The job was well done and we are very happy with the finished project.

Had them mount our TV and fix several things around our house. Was impressed with their communication and pricing. They double checked their work and explained what they were doing along the way. If we have more things to do around the house we will be calling again.
