I am a repeat customer of Hook and Ladder , and they never disappoint. The team is always friendly and helpful, and their products on lighting are outstanding. I've recommended them to all my friends and family, and I will continue to do so. We will be adding each year till we meet our optimal lighting goal. Trust worthy and honest!

The tree person team worked quickly and competently. Cleaned the whole house, driveway, porch, and walkway in less than 3 hours. Friendly staff worked extra hard on troublesome spots without complain. Pricing was competitive and reasonable. Care was taken in the flower beds, and no plants were damaged. I will definitely use Hook and Ladder services in the future, and recommend to my friends!

They did a great job cleaning out the dryer vents. They were quick and efficient. I'm definitely going to refer them to my friends and family.

I WAS VERY PLEASED WITH THE SERVICE AND THE PEOPLE WHO DID IT. SHOW ME BEFORE AND AFTER WHICH HELPED ME UNDERSTAND WHAT WAS DONE. I DON'T MEAN TO BE NEGATIVE BUT FOR THE TIME THEY WERE HER IT WAS HIGHER IN PRICE THAN I WOULD HAVE EXPECTED BUT I JUST MADE A COMMENT, IT DID NOT HAVE AN BEARING ON THE WORK AND GREAT ATTITUDE. I WILL BE DOING MORE WITH THIS COMPANY. WE ARE OLDER PEOPLE WHO NEED THESE THINGS DONE, WINDOW,AND POWER PRESSURE OUR HOUSE AND WE CERTAINLY CAN NOT DO THEM. SO FOR THIS REASON I AM GRATEFULL FOR THE COMPANY.

Elijah & team did a wonderful job cleaning the exterior of our house as well as all of our windows. All done for a reasonable amount too! Would highly recommend!!! 5 stars!

Everything was easy to schedule with Derick for my dryer vent cleaning. The team was outside in 4 degrees and snow blowing to finish the job. Our dryer is in the middle of our house, so the vent isn't easy to clean! Thank you to the team!

They did a good job on the cleaning , but seem to have a very sloppy bookkeeping system. I gave a check to their employee who lost it before he got to the office and had to put a stop payment on it.. The company deducted the cost of the stop payment and had me issue a new check which the same employee picked up and the company apparently misplaced the second check for a short time.

They shoveled the snow off my 3 car garage driveway! Nice guys and did sidewalks and salted. I honestly expected a plow but the guys didn’t dump the snow in the street-so it was a tough job! Well done 😁

Derek and his team did a great job cleaning my siding.

I was very nervous because I’ve never had my home pressure washed before and I was especially worried that my dark colored siding wouldn’t look clean, they completely proved me wrong. The siding is spotless and looks fantastic. Highly recommended!

Great service! My dryer was showing signs of going out to the point of us having to run it multiple times just to dry a regular load of clothes. Hook & Ladder came out and within an hour, had my dryer vent cleaned out and now my dryer is working like brand new again!

Because of their service, it was discovered that there was actually a birds nest in my vent preventing the dryer from operating properly (no birds we in it or harmed during this service) Hook and Ladder were professional, and thoroughly provided a service worth paying for!

I'll recommend them to anyone.
