I heard about this company through a friend, my sister’s house was super dirty and also she hoarded quite a bit of clothes. I had the pleasure of meeting Hailie and she came out and let me tell you, I was BLOWN away with how much of a difference she made it. She was able to make all the clothes organized and also helped with what stayed and what went to goodwill along with making my sister’s house look BRAND NEW. The thoroughness of Purely Fort Wayne Cleaners is exceptional. They didn’t skip baseboards, they cleaned interior windows, and took the time to ensure everything was perfect. Our home has never looked better.

Look elsewhere if you want a deep cleaning. Their baseline clean is probably fine but for deep cleaning, they hardly touch the cracks and crevices that you pay for.

It was supposed to be a one day cleaning but due to a call in, it was separated into two, non consecutive, days.

Day one only had 2 cleaners instead of 3 and the work was so bad I had to complain. See attached pictures of the toilet after the first day and the remaining stains on the bathroom sink (owner claimed the bathrooms were completed too).

The second cleaning was conducted by Jamie, their head cleaner, only. The owner will use my text stating that “Jamie’s work does not go unnoticed” as some sort of pass that everything was acceptable for a deep cleaning, when it was mid at best. If anything, the compliment to Jaime was due to the fact that she had to REDO the first cleaner’s work while also trying to finish the “deep clean”.

Overall, it feels like we paid $600 for a baseline cleaning. We could have called them back again but what’s the point? We clearly have different definitions of what a deep clean should entail.

My cleaner was Jaime and she was great. Very through, professional and fast. And the owner of the company works hard to earn your business and stands by their service. Will definitely use again.

We had an urgent cleaning need for our sister’s apartment. She lives 3.5 hours away from us. We received a two - day notice she would be returning home from a long rehab stay. We thought she would be there several more weeks. As fortune would have it just two days prior we took advantage of her time away to deal with considerable hoarding (with her permission). We had no idea her apartment was in such a dreadful, dirty state. Lea got us scheduled for the next day. We completely understood the need for an up charge due to the extensive need and were happy to pay it to get a rough job done well, and just in time for her arrival. Thank you Lea and cleaner Lisa! Great job! We consider it big part of an unfolding miracle.

I am so pleased at how thoroughly Jamie cleaned my house. I could hear her literally scrubbing my bathroom shower tile. It never looked cleaner. I cant say enough about Jamie's wonderful representation of your company. She is such a hard worker and so pleasant to talk too. Her kind personality shines right through.
I also liked the clear communication I had before the cleaning appointment and after. I will definitely look no further for my house cleaning needs. I will also be spreading the news to my real estate friends. As a referral for any of their clients moving in or out of their home. Again, I am so happy I found you!

Hallie did an amazing job with our deep clean! Would highly recommend. Everything in the home is clean, shiny, and looking new. The clean oven "wrapped in a bow" was a nice touch. Hallie was punctual, efficient, and had an eye for details. Lea was an effective communicator and easy to work with on the scheduling side of things. We will definitely be using them again.

The owner is full of excuses - any compliment they received was because we felt bad for Jaime - Lisa is horrendous. Don't bother letting her do any work. I'll reduce the star to 1 - but if I could leave a 0, I sure would!

I had high expectations for this company based on all of the 5-star reviews (misleading); however, while they did an okay job; it does not meet my expectations and standards for a professional cleaning company. For actual deep cleaning services, I would NOT recommend this company.

I will start from the beginning - we booked a deep cleaning ($500-$600+). It was scheduled for Sat., 1/31/26. 2 hours into the appointment, we were notified by text that a cleaner did not show and our 1-day cleaning needed to be moved to 2 cleaning days - which were not done in consecutive days. This caused issues with work schedules so that we were away from the home, again, for a second day.

When we returned to the "half cleaned" house on the first evening, it was the worst cleaning job I have ever seen with my own eyes. Spent time sending videos and photos to the owner trying to plead our case since per the owner, almost everything in the house had been completed - lol! I mean this from the bottom of my heart - my husband and I do a better cleaning job than what they provided. Fan blades weren't touched, the bathroom toilet was NOT clean, and the bathroom sink was untouched.

We naturally left a $150 tip on the first day assuming - as scheduled - it would be completed in one day. The tip was gone when we returned, and we would not have left this tip based on this service both before and after the second clean.

When they returned two days later, they returned with one single cleaner. Granted, it was the head cleaner, but she was supposed to re-do the entirety of the house by herself when originally it was a "3-person job." She did a decent job but still missed a ton to be frank. They were in our home for a total of 8+ hours over two days and did not do a great job for $500-600.

She did a good job when she returned but still missed massive areas that should absolutely fall under items deep cleaned. We have cupboards coated in dust and gunk completely missed. Our shower glass windows were not touched. Cracks and crevices were untouched. Walls still have splatters. Overall, my husband and I could handle this exact clean for free - instead of the $600 cleaning fee plus the misguided $150 tip.

If you want a regular "semi"-baseline cleaning, sure, this is your place. But DO NOT choose this place for a solid home professional deep clean.

I will have to update on mobile to include the poorly cleaned areas in photographs.

2/10 - choose another company - maybe even a more commercial and less local based company.
