Only doing this as a courtesy to them as they did an amazing job. I don't do reviews, like at all, ever. But they come in on time and get done in 3 hours (when I expected like 4-5), and the place looks like I don't live here anymore? I'm impressed. Huge weight off. I don't like cleaning, don't like getting my hands dirty, Mindy and Michaela spared me that for a while. Like, it gets to a point where you just get a bit overwhelmed looking at everything you need to do - no matter, they'll just make it all go away for a flat rate. Plus they were able to schedule me in literally 3 days ahead of time, when I was expecting a few weeks out. You do pay a bit for a one-off, but the quality of their work justifies it, and it still is cheaper than some other places in the area. Also great communication from the gals that came to my place, their supervisor (I think?) who came to inspect their work, and the management and team overall. I was home during the cleaning and they easily and efficiently worked around me. Makes me not want to touch anything now for a few weeks to not mess up their work.

Cottage Care did such a great job cleaning our house! It was in rough shape when we bought it and then we immediately did some renovations. So it was gross and had all sorts of construction dust. Ashley, Kendra, and Summer were very thorough with their cleaning. I wish I had taken before and after pictures to show just how great they did!

I would recommend Cottage Care to anyone and everyone. They did a fantastic and thorough job of cleaning our house. They paid attention to every little detail. They even stayed over late to make sure the job was finished. I am extremely happy with them!

Kendra does a really nice job cleaning our home. She is on time, conscientious, and welcomes comments/suggestions. Ginger in the office is friendly and available if I have any questions or concerns.

Karen and Mindy did an awesome job. I have cats and my house was really needing a thorough cleaning of cat hair. They were here for the afternoon and cleaned the entire house and now it is spotless. Would definitely use again and recommend them. I really liked the fact the products are unscented and no Lysol or ammonia odors left behind. And priced by the room not the hour.

We have generally the same team every other week. Toni, Ashley and Kendra do a great job. They’re very diligent about their work and we are very pleased with the cleanliness of our home. They have excellent communications and are very responsive to any changes in our needs. We highly recommend them. J and J

Just out right awful cleaning & staff was very rude

Cleaned and waxed our commercial floors and did a great job.
2 years later we scheduled an appt to have them done again and they cancelled. They did not call back to reschedule. I emailed them back a year later to see I they would schedule an appt. and got no response. I called and left him a voicemail and my call was never returned. If you aren't interested in the job at least have the courtesy to say to. Very unprofessional.
