From inspection to completion including getting custom cut roof materials, the project took just a couple weeks. The actual installation itself only took 1.5 days to go from shingles to a full metal roof. Everyone we talked with were professional and genuine.

They were very hard working and no nonsense. My roof looks fantastic and the price was very fair.

They knocked it out of the ballpark as far as I'm concerned. From the start, Adam listened to my concerns about my roof. He offered ideas, explained the difference in plain English. He listened! It's very rare now a days to have someone look you in the eye, not talk over you and push their agenda. He kept in contact and when the time was here, he had everything ready as in permits, installers, dumpster - I had to do nothing. His install team was AWESOME! I can't speak highly enough of them. They were respectful, clean, and had an attention for detail. I would highly recommend Adam and his team! I'm looking forward to working with them again when it comes time for my siding and windows.

We had our roof and gutters replaced during the summer. They were very professional and done a very good job. They cleaned up the job area after they were finished, leaving no junk behind. Overall, we were very pleased with their work and would recommend them.

Exclusive Exterior Solutions did a great job tearing off our old roof and installing a new one in just 1 full day of work. They spent extra time making sure that everything was cleaned up afterwards. Very efficient install team and it was fun to see the transformation occur all in 1 day.

The roofing team took my the roof off my house and garage, put a new one on, took off an old TV dish, and did an amazing clean up all in one day!

They worked with Mr Electric to install my solar array. The crew was amazing and walked me through the control box and app. They used the newest Enphase microinverters so I am able to monitor my system and am set up to add battery storage at a later date. Alec worked with me to size my system to have a net zero electric bill for a calendar year. My first few months of summer production have given me credits on my electric bills that will offset shorter days in the winter.

Adam was great to deal with. I have been looking at metal roofs for some time but am so over the high pressure sales pitch. Adam gave us the information, answered any questions we had and was available after for any new questions. We made the decision to go with them and the process was quick, easy and, uneventful. I work nights so I had concern for them coming over on days I had to sleep. Adam communicated the schedule and was able to make it work with everyone's schedule. I was amazed at how quickly they did the install and it looks amazing. I had them do new gutters and down spouts as well and have had many compliments on how everything looks. They have a great warranty as well adding extra value to the product. Exclusive exterior solutions was great to deal with and when we do windows will plan on using them again.

I had a new roof put on in May 2023. The process from beginning to end was seamless! If I had any questions they responded in a timely manner. The crew who did the installation were very respectful to me and to my property. A huge shout out to this company for going above and beyond providing great products and service!

Absolutely wonderful company to work with. We ordered our roof and gutters, they said it would be about 6 weeks maybe a bit longer but had it installed within 2 weeks. The customer service was outstanding for us. We had a small issue with something we didn't like, they were out the next day or maybe the day after to fix our small issue. Alec and Chance were very professional, respectful and answered every question we had when we were receiving our quote. They were not pushy. They did not make us feel as if we were bothering them or rushing us into a decision. Again, the small issue we had, Adam was on it and had it fixed, IMMEDIATELY. I was very impressed with the quality of work and the cleanup afterward, which was very important for the safety of our kids and our dog. Great communication leading up to the installation and we learned from our insurance agent that a high quality shingle can actually lower your homeowner's insurance!

Exclusive Exterior Solutions did an amazing job with my double layer roof tear off, replacing soft OSB with new and laying new shingles. They also tore down the add on to my shed that was rotting and added a new layer of shingles to shed to match house. They tore down an old tree house that wasn't safe anymore and moved my A-frame swing set for me. The night before the crew was to arrive and begin work I discovered a birds nest with baby birds in it yet in the back of the shed. The crew was kind enough to wait a few days for momma bird to get babies out before they tore down the shed. I appreciate how above and beyond they went in working with me. They were pleasant and friendly and cleaned up very well after each days work. In 1 and a half days they were completely done with my job. I highly recommend them and will use them again in the future.

The team at Exclusive Exterior Solutions did a wonderful job replacing my old roof. Only took about a half day to complete and it looks great.

A few months after installation it was discovered that an errant nail punctured a line in my A/C unit. I called them and they came right out to investigate and covered the cost of the repair work.

So despite the one in a million chance of the install team puncturing the line. They did a top notch job of replacing my roof, getting it up to code and making things right when they were at fault.

We had our roof and our neighbors roof replaced in December 2024. We are very happy with the project results. Timeliness, clean-up, quality, and responsiveness were all great. No post install issues. We would definitely use them again.

Terrible customer service....always getting the run around, was finally told to fix it myself......three years later and the roof is still not fixed...i would not recommend this company to anyone
