We have never had a problem with this company. We have used their services for like four years. I never have to call or remind anyone so that is a big plus to me.

I was super impressed by the work. I had a simple gutter project. I called three companies and Faze was the first to quote. They had the cheapest quote and was able to get the work done significantly faster than the other companies. They were great at communicating and followed through with a job well done! I will be using them again.

Great experience picking out lighting colors and style. Faze did a great job with a clean install and they were mindful of how and where they installed the lighting string. They also took time to help coordinate the bulb colors via text with images back and forth to determine bulb type, color order and color hue. Removal was done with the same care as well.

Faze came out and installed solar on my home it was a really good price I would recommend them to anyone

They removed older vinyl siding, repaired areas with OSB that had been water damaged. Then wrapped the surface with a vapor barrier; wrapped & caulked around windows to prevent future water damage & installed new siding. The crew worked in freezing temperatures & completed the project as scheduled. Excellent crew, respectful of property & polite. Included a transferable warranty on labor & materials.

I had a metal roof installed and everyone was so nice and reassuring. Nick went above and beyond and even let me put my mom on speaker phone to help me be sure I was making the right choice. My mom was super impressed and everyone was so incredibly helpful best customer service ever.

Faze came in to help with siding, and roof. This was an insurance claim that took almost a full year. State Farm refused me coverage after a storm hit and damaged my house. Faze came in and within 12 weeks my house was taken care of. The claim I was fighting was finalized. I ended up firing State Farm and reported them to the state of Indiana.. Faze took care of everything for me and now my home is completely updated!
I interviewed a lot of different companies because of the insurance claim. State Farm let me to pay my deductible, and I still had 5k in debt. Faze allowed me to count some costs to allow some Financial flexibility for my upgrades. The original project came in at around 38k, my charge was a bit over 35k. State Farm covered about 30k. I have a standard 3 bedroom ranch style house. Most of the companies I interviewed came in at about 35-42k. This would have left me with more debt. The program that faze uses to make payments stinks. If you use a debit or credit card the program will charge you extra for using a card. They have a 30 day contract as well. So payment is required after 30 days from completion of a project . The guys that did the roof were great. Polite and worked quickly and efficiently. They picked up after themselves and were on time when do the job. The siding guy worked hard, he was also on time, and came on the weekend. He asked before he showed to make sure I was home. He knocked over some of my landscaping so I addressed this and was offered help to pick it back up and put it back. This was helpful and kind for Faze to do this. The gutter people showed up. I was not aware they were coming. So that was something I didn’t care for. They did do a good and quick job as well. Faze used vapor wrap for installation protection.
