If I could give Affordable Construction more than 5 stars, I would. An A++ job from staff to finish. Nick and his crews did an amazing job with my roof, gutters, gutter guards and skylights. From the initial home visit to the complete installation, everything went like clockwork and zero problems or delays. Even with the same materials quoted to me by three other roofing companies, they had the lowest price by thousands of dollars. I give them my highest recommendation!

I highly recommend this company. I needed a new roof bc of hail damage and this company was recommend to me. Nick was so very helpful throughout the process. He made sure that the insurance would cover what he was going to do. When his workers came they were so polite and worked so hard all day. The clean up was awesome. They had my roof done in one day. I was very impressed. If u r looking to replace ur roof i would definitely give them a call , u will not regret it i promise.

Nick came out to inspect the roof and gave me a quote without a sales pitch. I had other estimates and he beat them hands down due to it being a family business with no big overhead costs. We set the date to begin the roof installation and his crew showed up promptly at 7am on that day. They worked hard with just a short lunch break and finished before I got home from work at 4:00. They cleaned everything up nicely too. I HIGHLY recommend Nick Johnson with Affordable Construction.

Nick and the team did a roof for a client I had under contract to buy a home. They were quick even in the winter, and efficient. Thank you for taking care of us and doing a great job!! House was then perfect to continue the purchase, and the new home owners are very happy!

I live in Warsaw,In. Got two quotes in my home town, called Affordable Roofing in Ft. Wayne, In there quote was about $2,000 less. I went with them. They came on the real nice day on February 17th at 7:30am tore my old roof off, put my new roof on, cleaned up and out of by 6:00pm. Definitely recommend them for anyone looking for a new roof!!!

The guys did a great job. Nick came out and gave me very fair quote. Then he helped me choose a color. Then his crew removed the old shingles and put on the new ones in a little more than one day. There was a slight problem, and Nick sent someone out promptly to take care of it. I highly recommend Affordable Roofing.

10/10 service. Very patient with me. Ran through my options with me. Helped decide on color, when I was finally ready, had the team out within 1 week of requesting. Everything looks great, cleaned up my yard nicely, took off and disposed of a satellite that was unused. Before, during, after photos attached! Worked with Nick. Very understanding, very patient, not buggy/annoying with calls or texts. Very transparent and easy to work with!

The team knocked our roof project out quickly and did a great job at it too. We were in the process of buying a house and the inspection came back with a bad roof. The seller agreed to pay for it, but our loan team needed the roof fixed BEFORE we signed loan docs. The team was willing to work with us on the logistics of completing the project even though the house was in the middle of transferring hands, and they made the process simple with no road blocks.
