They are rude and not professional and they wouldn't stop calling after I said I'm not going to go with them.

Was trying to take my deposit and disappear. Cursed me and my elderly father out after not agreeing to him continuously raising his price. Peeled off and then threatened me!

They are a terrible company to deal with!!! The owner just want to over talk you and make excuses why the work was so terrible!!!

Steer clear of this company estimator was pushy insisting on doing more work than requested. Was given 4 different prices. When told another company was chosen he Steve called me a liar! Wow. Very unprofessional

Company didn't clean up after themselves,changed the bid multiple times and didn't do the work agreed upon.Turned into multiple back and forth phone calls,arguements.

Must’ve also had an economy drivers ed training. You’re supposed to look both ways before you pull out and when you’re stopped and go to pass those things in the side of your truck are called mirrors you look in them too see if any ones coming before you just whip out.

Just called and explained I had a few small limbs from my trees (very small, I cut them with a cheap Toolshop saws-all i got from menards for $27) and i just needed them removed or chipped. I'm in Jordan Park about 3 blocks from them. Was told $950 to come out. What a joke

I wouldn't use this company again. The owner, Mike, came by after I already had a contract in place lookin for more money. Heard the same from 2 other people. He seemed shady and I wish I would've trusted my gut.

Son gave a price and agreement/deposit was paid. Dad came out the next day and gave deposit back and said they couldn’t do the work for the estimate. Don’t agree on something you can’t fulfill! Find a new estimator!

I called to inquire about getting 3- 30ft trees cut down, and I was literally yelled at. "Are you at home right now!" Well call me back when you get home!!" He then just hung up the phone while I was in mid-question. I think this guy has anger issues that he needs to address quickly. The public does not know your buisness like you know your buisness, so we may ask things that seem like common sense to you, but consider that we are not the expert, You Are. After experiencing this, it prompted me to check the reveiws, and Wow! Thankfully I won't need to write a post-service reveiw, because the conversation (if you can call it that) I had and the reveiws told me everything I need to know. They must have buisness coming out of their ears to be able to run people away like they do. In any event, good luck, but I have no interest in being a victim of a buisness that feels like they are doing their customers a favor. Moving on!

The person that came out to give me an estimate seemed to be a little rude or just short in conversations. He didn't give me the chance to ask questions or give different scenarios according to pricing the tree removal or partial removal. It was as if he thought I was gonna try and talk the price down. So I through his card right away and I see why they have a lot of negative reviews

Call to get a price didn’t want to come out estimated me 4 to 5000 once I knocked everything down and just wanted him to haul everything away and grind the stumps then comes and looks and quote me double the price unprofessional every job needs to be looked at not just talked over the phone

This very rude guy verbally attacked my friend, and pastor's wife simply because they chose someone else to cut down their trees. Then proceeded to use vulgar language towards pastor's mother. I personally would rather pay double their prices rather than to deal with Economy Tree Service!!

After we agreed with the price, signed the contract and I gave them a deposit to remove a broken tree in my backyard the owner came back next day and said they can't do it for that price. What a waste of time! You can't depend on them they unreliable! .

Gabriel gave me a quote but when we were finalizing the transaction I realized I had miss heard him and the quote was actually 10k more. Okay fine, sorry but I miss heard you and can't afford it. I thought that was the end of it but no, he calls me to say he will be laughing all day due to my misinterpretation of the quote. Umm, why call me and tell me that? Very unprofessional.

Came out and gave me a quote to cut a tree down. I told him I would give him a call after I called around and the guy totally lost his cool very unprofessional. Afterward he called my phone offering me a discount of $1,000 I told him at that time his credibility was out the window. Very unprofessional company I will advise anyone using them to get a second quote.

I had a load of wood delivered yesterday. I told the guy to put the load in front of my camper. I got home and he put in front of my garage door putting 4 dents in it. I just had that replaced last year. It cost me $1600.00, and you recklessly threw the wood at it. And I was charged $250.00 and it isn't even a cord of wood. I've been calling and there is no answer. I will be calling my insurance company to see what to do legally. I will never go here again.

If I could give this company zero stars I would. One is too many. Completely tactless man you have running around to give estimates. Stops you to ask if you’d like a free estimate. Severely under quotes and does. not. stop. pushing! He’ll harass and stalk you long after you’ve said no, and make grotesquely disturbing comments, that were so bad we went straight to the police! Just read the reviews to see how unprofessional this company is. Stay far away from them. What a joke!

Called for an estimate for a tree my neighbor and I were splitting the cost of removal on. Guy came out and gave me a pretty high estimate compared to others, I then told him I needed to talk to my neighbor first. He then came down closer to what others had quoted us but I still needed to talk with my neighbor before setting something up. He became irate that I was not committing to the job minutes after receiving his estimate and started complaining about gas money and wasting his time. I then politely told him to leave and he proceeded to do a burnout in my driveway and on the street in front of my house.

Son came out & gave me an estimate. I agreed to the quote given, signed contract & paid deposit. Next day, dad calls to come out & review order. Tried to change agreement & get more money out of me. Only wanted to do less than half agreement upon tree removal. Dad was very rude & not professional at all. Refunded my deposit & left. Would not recommend their services as I read many reviews with the same complaint. They quote you one price, then try to change agreement & get more money from yoy.

They send the "kid" out to give you a lowball quote and then the "dad" comes and explains why you need to pay more using your sympathy to screw you. It's a terrible business practice and they do bad work. Avoid at all costs.
