Recently had a fire at my home. Everyone from puroclean has been verry professional and courteous. Daniel r even called to let me know what was going on during the job. I'm verry satisfied with his and Roberts attention to detail and friendly service. Would recommend.

We called late in the afternoon on the 16th of September, 2020 for an emergency. They arrived in a timely manner and quickly found the issue and addressed it by bringing in in heaters and dehumidifiers. They came back and assessed the moisture content and removed some of the equipment on the 18th of September, 2020. On Monday the 21st of September they removed the remaining equipment after determining the moisture content was at a safe level. They were very professional and friendly. We had a tree hit our roof during a bad storm. Our insurance agent called this company to come out. 1. They were late each time. 2. They had to come out numerous times due to their negligence in not thoroughly checking the roof for all holes. 3. They scratched our fridge and dented. 4. They did not clean it thoroughly and had to to be called out again. 5. I asked them why they did not tear out the bottom cabinets, their answer was because it wasnt necessary. 6. Due to their negligence of not tarping the roof completely, they were called out numerous time due to leakage from the roof. 7. I finally had to hire another company to finished the demo completely. I have videos, pictures and emails. The list goes on. Proceed with caution when using this company. I STRONGLY DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM!

PuroClean did a wonderful job for us cleaning our sanctuary carpets and hallways. No more stains. Yeah. The employees were professional, efficient and thorough. We are very happy at SUMC with the results.

My insurance agent referred us to Robert at Puroclean and I'm so thankful she did. Robert was very helpful throughout this process and his team did an amazing job replacing our roof. On Labor Day weekend I woke up to a house standing with water!!! I was flipping out to say the least! After I calmed myself and started vacuuming the water, I realized I was in way over my head. I called PuroClean, and to my surprise they answered the phone! On a Saturday of Labor Day weekend!!!! Within about an hour I had 2 technicians here setting up equipment and walking me through the process! Kenny Hunt was awesome with helping and instructing me on each step of the process. I had the fans and dehumidifiers for nearly a week, but each day Kenny would come and check them and the progress of drying. I am so please with the services provided by PuroClean and their team!!! I honestly don't know what I would do without them. I am currently waiting for repairs, of which I also chose to go with PuroClean. They are super busy (which I think is a really great sign) will definitely update once everything is complete.

We had a sewer back up into our house and Puroclean came in, did the clean up, dry out and replacement of our damaged areas & carpet. They were fast, professional and trustworthy to get the job done right. I would definitely recommend them to anyone that needs this service but hope we won't need them again! Lol! But if we do, they'll be our first call!

We found we had a water leak, contacted our insurance company, who contacted this company. Within 10 minutes we received a call from PuroClean. Within an hour and half they had a representative at our home. They had equipment set up and running within two hours a the first call.

Puro Clean was recommended to me by the owner of the HVAC company that services my furnace and AC. Needed my duct work cleaned as it had been some time and I was not happy with the last company that did this job. Ben and Ethan were great, they explained the entire process to me. I had to wait two months for them to clean my items only for them not to show up for our scheduled appointment nor call me to inform me of any changes, lack of communication among departments, I called the office and spoke to a female, she said that she will get back with me on the delivery My response was my items are on the truck why can't y'all just drop them sometime today still waiting for response, poor service period

I had a minor plumbing leak. It had been going on in quiet corner of basement for at least a few days. Leighann came out for our peace of mind to moisture test walls and flooring near leak after fixed. She was candid about how we can tell when her services are needed (or not). In this case, we did not require further remediation. She was very timely and professional and easy to communicate with. We left feeling a lot better. Thank you Leighann.

Leighann came out within hours of calling for potential water damage. She was very thorough in her assessment and explained everything in great detail! Her follow through was amazing and extremely helpful. She also has a good team backing her up as the techs and the office lady (Stephanie, I believe) are always ready to assist and have the info I need.

The insurance company called Puro clean, and the owner came out personally and looked over what needed to be done and the very next day Jordan came out and placed the fans and dehumidifiers and took up the flooring all the way until it got to the original subfloor, that way everything could properly dry out. They were very communicative and professional, and they were very flexible with scheduling.Jordan also came with Tom twice to drop off more fans and then pick them up. They were both great!

Jordan C. & Tom were very professional and showed up on time daily to determine the progress and make any changes needed regarding water damage from a dishwasher. Dan, the owner, was also very helpful and responded promptly after my initial phone call. He was at my home within a couple of hours and assessed the damage. Upon filing an insurance claim his team showed up quickly to start the restoration . I would highly recommend PuroClean Southern Indiana.
