They explained every step of their process and answered any questions or concerns. They were also very thorough and left all areas neat after removing ceramic tile, cabinets, and floorboards.

PuroClean is nothing short of amazing! Stephanie and her team quickly came in and took care of our kitchen after a dishwasher leak. We had a water leak from our hot water heater and PuroClean came out quickly to help dry everything up. Leighann was incredibly prompt in getting the equipment set up, starting the drying process, and pulling up the carpet. She was so sweet, friendly, and knowledgeable, which really helped ease our worries during a stressful situation.
