About the business:
A few years ago, when Tom & Sara Joyner decided to buy their first move-up home, the only choices in their budget were older, used homes (most of them with wallpaper and pet-stained carpet), or big, boxy and blah tract homes. They wanted something that didn't require a renovation, yet was original, in-style, and updated with today's finishes. What did they find? Nada. Nothing. Zilch. We believed that a home could be built that had character, quality and was reasonably priced. This was the start of the concept behind Joyner Homes.
