Very prompt response from the bid process, through scheduling, to execution of the project. We’re very much looking forward to seeing how the new lawn comes in.

I will post pics after we have the patio put in…but our the first step is complete…John and his EXCELLENT team removed all the railroad tie flower beds around the house. They leveled and replaced with River rock. The team ground a tree trunk and trimmed our trees. All of this done in 6 hours!
I can’t say enough about this team. They are genuinely good human beings and it shows in their work.
They are now working with us to lay a patio!

We've hired Doctor Tree for two big jobs. Recently, we had them remove a concrete putting green from our backyard, bring in topsoil and re-seed the area. I was concerned about the grass because the job involved driving a distance with heavy equipment into our backyard over the lawn. Their expertise with the equipment resulted in the footprint left being minimal and the lawn quickly recovered. The job was done professionally, on time, and at a fair price.
Two years ago, we had Doctor Tree completely revamp our front yard landscape. For the landscaping job, John was so patient with my indecision on what I wanted for new plants and where to place them, and I really appreciated that. His suggestions were helpful and eventually the completed design was perfect. The team was always on time, courteous, and worked hard every minute they were here.
Our experience with Doctor Tree was fantastic - both times - and we'll be hiring them again for any future landscape needs we have.

I had a large weed that was growing out of control from an old stump. John and his crew came and cut the weeds down and also removed the stump. Would highly recommend Dr Tree.

John and his team were amazing. Came straight out for an estimate for a repair of our French drains and thoroughly explained everything he saw and what he wanted to do. His team was out less than 48 hours after we accepted their estimate and worked quickly, efficiently, and professionally. Huge upgrade to our drainage that will protect our house for years to come, and even took care of some small regrading as they went. I had a hard time finding companies interested in doing this work and I’m so glad this led me to John!

Had the company remove sod and spread mulch in a bed I outlined. Small job but they responded quickly, communicated well and completed the work as promised. Competitive pricing. Purdue grad, family business, registered arborist. Would use again

John and his team came out to create a level area for our new raised garden beds. I assumed I would miss this planting season, but he worked us into his schedule specifically so we could get berries and veggies in in time. They worked amazingly fast, and went above and beyond cleaning up after themselves before they left! John had great suggestions for placement and rock to match other elements of our landscaping and we are so happy with how it turned out!

We had a few things updated/upgraded on our property and cannot say enough good things about Doctor Tree & Landscape Specialists. They are truly specialists. All the work they completed in record time is a vast improvement. The experience from the estimate to the final product was effortless. The communication was unmatched and the yard looks even better than we hoped. Their team showed up early and operated like a well-oiled machine. Literally doing in under 2 days, projects that would take us months to complete and the results would not be nearly as incredible. I can't say enough good things about them and their attention to detail. Setting stones by hand. They delivered rocks in 2 or 3 different areas and were picking up the remnants by hand leaving no indication that they were even there. Was impressive and appreciated. John and his excavation crew made short work of installing a complete gravel pad for parking our 25 foot Jayco motor home. Estimate came quickly and was reasonable. Appreciate the good work!

Holmes tree service was incredible. I had 4 huge dead trees that needed removed. They removed all the trees and an additional stump all in one day!! They had great communication and they did an amazing job!! They were also very reasonably priced!! I would highly recommend!!!

This is the second time we have hired Holmes for tree work at our home.

A few years ago they removed a tree that was too close to our home and did an excellent job. They also pruned some other trees for us.

Yesterday they removed a different tree and ground the stump down for us.

Communication was professional and efficient.

One of their employees went above and beyond and offered to remove some poison ivy when I pointed it out in an area nearby as a warning . It made my day to see this task that I kept putting off done ! Thank you Andy!
