I scheduled service for 8-10 AM and no one showed up nor did I receive a call by 10:00. When I called to inquire I was told I would receive a call from a technician. An hour after they were supposed to arrive, at 11:00 I called again and was told to “rest assured the technician will be calling.” I asked if I could wait on the line for the receptionist to contact the technician and she said no. I cancelled services. 3 hours and no calls either notifying me they’d be late or confirming they’d be coming. I did not live at the service address so it was especially frustrating given I was waiting for nothing.

I called around 10am and had a technician at my door by 1230. Daniel was my tech and he was a very professional, knowledgeable guy that went above and beyond dealing with the ridiculousness of my old home and the problems I was having. Very satisfied, highly recommended. will be going to Muegge for all of my plumbing needs in the future.

Had a drain clog affecting entire house. I had tried to clear using an electric snake, but was unable. They dispatched Seth quickly, and he was able to get to the clog and clear it. He took care to keep mud out of the house, was friendly and explained what he was doing and how our pipes were routed. Service was great and would use again!

Rob, the technician from Muegge is the best. He keeps the equipment in top notch condition and answers questions thoroughly. Their communication is great and they are always on time and efficient.

Thank you Muegge plumbing! They came on Friday afternoon and replaced our outside spigot that was leaking. Everyone was so helpful and kind. Donna on the phone in office and Kyle that came to do the work. We appreciate you Muegge Plumbing!

They inspected our 24 yr old AC/furnace. Gave me options to repair vs replace. Made sense to replace with updated system. Installed the new system the next day. Did great work at a good price. Very happy with the new system and the service. Will use them in the future for PM inspections and service. Highly recommend them. Happy to find a local company to support and trust.

I had a leak in water line to refrigerator, I knew where the leak was. When repairman came I told him where leak was. Also asked if he would replace old shut off valve to line. It took him 10 minutes to fix line he then spent 1 1/2 to 2 hours driving around to find shut off valve to fit . Didn’t find it then said someone in parts would call around to find and left. Charged me $185.00. Didn’t break down the bill showed it to my 83 year old husband. I didn’t see until I got e mail copy. I think I was charged for his driving around looking for shut off value. I won’t use them again for plumbing needs.

I have used Muegge for several years and they have been good. After a recent HVAC service call I had them come back to check a potential problem. The tech (Rob) spent 10 minutes and found no issue with the auxiliary heat staying on. He said the cost was $40 for the call.
However when I got the bill the $40 was scratched off and changed to $105! I called Muegge and they said that is their price. This is excessive for what was done and dishonest, being told one price then charging far more.
I will avoid this company in the future.

I called this company after seeing their van in my neighborhood. I scheduled an appointment and the woman on the phone was abrupt but otherwise fine. I gave her my phone number and she took it down wrong. I repeated it three more times.

On the scheduled date, the plumber did not show up to my house. I called the next day to ask what happed and the same woman rudely told me that the plumber was at my house and I didn't answer the door and that he tried to call me three times. I asked her to confirm the number that she called and it was the wrong number. She agreed to send a plumber out the same day.

The plumber arrived within an hour. Walked in to look at my toilet and told me the bolt holding the tank to the bowl was broke and that was causing me a leak. He told me that my toilet was old and he may not be able to get parts. He left telling me that someone would call me and let me know if they could get parts. He was in my home for less than 5 minutes.

I heard nothing for a week, so I called a different company. That company came out same day. Diagnosed the same problem with the broken bolt. The plumber walked out to his truck and came back with two bolts and made the repair on the spot. He was here for less than 20 minutes. The total repair-including service call was $99.

A few days later, I got a bill from Muegge for $65. It stated that they could not get parts for my toilet and that I would have to get it replaced. It also said they tried to call me and left messages. I checked the contact information on the bill-they still had the wrong number.

Long story short-I was charge $65 for the privilege of being lied to and told that I needed to replace my toilet at a cost of nearly $500. I have reported this company to the IN attorney general consumer fraud unit.

The technicians from Muegge are always punctual. They answer any questions. I never have any problems with my A/C and furnace when using their preventative maintenance program.

First tech that came out did minimal work with minimal knowledge, even with notifying him/her of other apparent issues. However, "Ed" came out less than two weeks later than the first call (after again it wasn't functioning properly) and did a complete thorough service. Was very knowledgeable and personable. And he did everything free of charge since they had been out so recently. Definitely made up for the first call. Always prompt arrival.

Ed (usually) visits twice a year to make sure I am ready for the heating or cooling season. He calls before heading over, completes the inspection in a timely manner and lets me know in anything needs attention. We are confident about our HVAC system.

We have used Muegge's for many years. They are always friendly and professional. The crew at Muegge's is top-notch and never leave us hanging when we have an issue. Many thanks for great service!

Kyle was very helpful and installed our water softener very professionally. He instructed me on how to properly change the whole house filter to keep from getting a lot of water on my garage floor. Thank you.

Our project required a new HVAC install in a 1960’s one story home. It was a challenging relocation and Muegge’s handled the 4 day project with professionalism, hard work, and dedication every step of the way. They kept us informed and went out of their way to make sure our home stayed cool as much as possible in the hottest week of the year. Immensely thankful for their knowledge and workmanship.

I have had several experiences with Muegge through Heating/AC, electric, and plumbing. For the most part, they have done a great job with the service. Everytime they have come the job is done properly. My main complaint is the billing. Before I set the appointment I always ask what the rate is so I can get a rough idea of how much it should be. 2 times now they have tried to charge me significantly more than what I should be charged for labor. In the end, I asked about it and they have made it right (Wendy has been very helpful), but its very unsettling that this has happened multiple times. The first time they tried to charge me too much, I told them how much it should have been because i talked to someone at the office and the rate should be $XX per hour. They asked me who I talked to and when I told them, they then corrected the labor rate. The second time it was for a 2 hour job so it should have been very easy to calculate but it was $38 too high. I will not be using Muegge anymore for my Plumbing or Heating needs.

Josh and his crew are AMAZING! They are timely, thorough, considerate and accomplished! We have worked with Muegge on several projects and they get 5 stars every time! Highly recoomend them!

Our geothermal unit was not operating properly. I called Muegge before they opened and received a call from the office not long after. She was very polite and said she would put us on the second stop.
The gentleman showed up a couple hours later, had the problem diagnosed quickly and got us up and running in no time!
I believe this is our second and maybe third time calling Muegge: but they will always be who we call first.

A plumbing leak at 4:00 on a Friday afternoon and they quickly responded. Can’t say enough good about their responsiveness. Staff was extremely professional and well trained. Great and dedicated organization. I highly recommend.

The workers did good work and were timely and polite, my issues have been on the back end/office side. I had a mailer coupon that the plumbers told me I just needed to mention to receive the discount when I showed them. The office workers claim say that is not how it works and refused to give me a $20 discount. The work was good but refusing to honor your own promotions isn’t. I’ll use other plumbers in the future.
