These guys came out and diagnosed our sewer drain issue in a matter of minutes. They were confident in their ability to rectify the issue without it costing us 10's of thousands of dollars.

Please legend for both our home and business. We have used them three times in the past year and a half. Every time they have been punctual or early and have provided excellent service while not adding on unneeded items. The billing is reasonable and the service technicians are friendly. Can't say enough good things. Oh and the nice lady who books their appointments is outstanding at follow-up!

I cannot say enough good things about Jason and his wife and the work they did. We were quoted $18,000 from Peterman to replace our main sewer line and bust up the road. Jason did the job for less than half that and now that it has been over a month since his work, everything is still running smoothly. Cannot recommend them highly enough!

This quality minded, family team, renovated and updated our 1958 bathroom to an upscaled beautiful room to even enter. Their professional craftsmanship is second to none. They were courtious and mindful to any changes that I wanted at all points of renovation. Not only are they expert plumbers. Their reconstructive,electrical,tile-work,drywall and flooring techniques far exceeded my expectations. For all my future plumbing and remodeling needs, this is the only company I'll be calling. I have nothing but great things to say about Full Scale Plumbing. They did such a wonderful job on my bathroom remodel that I continue to call them for all my plumbing needs. They've fixed leaky garden spigots, replaced a water heater, fixed a drippy garbage disposal....it's just amazing to have a reliable full service team in town who I can trust to resolve any plumbing issue great or small.

Excellent in so many ways. Heather, Jason and Paul…they are amazing humans. Smart, kind and gold standard work ethic. I would highly recommend them for any and all plumbing needs.

Can't recommend these guys enough. I manage 100+ rental properties around Indianapolis and Heather is always my first call when I need any plumbing repairs done. I've used plenty of other companies over the years and haven't found anyone who comes close to their level of quality work, professionalism and customer service. A guest at my Airbnb caused a serious drain clog. Full Scale got out to my place within 24 hours and had me back in business.

Then about 2 months ago my son needed several plumbing projects quickly done to finish closing on a house he was selling. The Full Scale crew was all over it and completed all his projects in one day. They are great people, do good work, and charge a fair price. A landlord's dream...

I have used other plumbers on my investment properties, but I felt they always overcharged me for poor quality work. Full-Scale Plumbing came out on a service call for me recently and checked out the drain in question for no charge. I have found an honest contractor and they will be getting all my plumbing work in the future. Thanks for taking care of me Full Scale!

This a locally owned family business that understands how to take care of their customers.

Without going into detail, there was a situation that occurred that most companies would have tried to blame on preexisting condition, NOT THIS COMPANY. The only thing they said was “We will do whatever it takes to make it right”, and they went above and beyond!!

They do quality work, at a fair price. The owners, Jason and Heather are awesome, and I will be using them for all my future personal and business projects.
