When calling to have someone come out and look at our water heater that wasn’t up to code, Heather was so friendly and had someone out the next day to assess the problem! Jason showed up at the appointed time and explained what we were dealing with and how he would fix it. They got us the quote in under 24 hours and scheduled us for the week we got possession of our home, and the date I had asked for the work to be done. They were focused on doing the “job”. Their behavior was very professional. They answered any questions I had. Would definitely recommend this company!

Price Right A) kept their appointments - no last minute cancelations. They were good about respecting my time and scheduling needs, even without being reminded. That's from both the person managing the bookings and the techs. B) Their techs were knowledgeable, fast, and efficient. They shared helpful information about services and buying appliances etc. C) I had questions about other issues I am thinking of addressing and the tech didn't even skip a beat. Said what it would take/cost. He also remembered questions from our previous conversation (several days prior) and had an eye for aesthetics. I didn't feel like I was getting lied to or taken advantage of and I've had them out for two unrelated projects so far. The price was good, too!

Daryl was so professional and up front. As a new customer, tested our water, made sure our water softener was in good shape and explained everything. All our options were presented clearly. Kionte did an amazing job on our vanity and faucet install, while Daryl fixed our bath tub issue.

Within 24 hours we were able to get someone out here, get a quote, and get 2 installations done. Beyond that the front desk called and technicians showed up when they said they would, and notified us that they were on the way. Everyone was a pleasure to deal with. Can’t recommend enough!
