Carole cleaned our home today and it sparkles. She also found things our other cleaner had missed or neglected to..under the couch. The scum on the tub even though I mentioned it every time. Dusting our blinds. Cleaning the kitchen counters clear. To the back.

Cottage Care did an amazing job on our home. We all are aware how life can get so overwhelming and our house was ridiculous with toys and just stuff everywhere! Being pregnant now it is hard to even get to the deep cleaning how I would have wanted to do. However, Jessica C, Mary, and Assad tackled our home, made it emaculant and we are truly pleased with their hard work and services. I highly recommend this company as we will continue to utilize their services.

My cleaning was perfect they did a great job! Jessica and her teammates are amazing! Having them do my move in clean took so much stress off of me and was a very reasonable price. Will definitely be using them again! So happy

I don't use cottage care regularly, and so my cleans are pretty expensive. However, I used them to get ready for a party and it was worth every penny! Nancy and April were efficient and very pleasant. They worked great as a team. They treated my belongings with respect and did a fantastic job on my home!

Great experience with Cottage Care! We first had Wendy who cleaned our bedroom and did great! She had to leave mid clean due to a family situation which we completely understood. She waited until Emily was dispatched to our home to give her the run down. Emily continues the job and made our house look fantastic for our realtor pictures for when we move. Great work by both ladies and we are very grateful that they could get our house in top shape for showings. Cottage Care was overall a very affordable company and we plan to use them in the future!

I recently had CottageCare cleaning my home for the first time, and the ladies did a wonderful job! My partner and I are still finding little details that we didn’t even expect them to clean. The cleaners were kind, respectful of my house and personal items, and very professional. We’re very happy with our service and are signing up for regular cleanings.

Nancy did a fantastic job! She was extremely thorough with the first cleaning of our house and spent the time and effort cleaning everything from the greasy stovetop, inside of the microwave, bathroom floor, shower, patio doors, fan blades, and so much more!

Customer Service with Heath was great from the beginning as we talked about what I wanted cleaned and setup an appointment. Tracy was helpful on the phone the morning of the appointment when I asked for a change to the cleaning, and Jessica stopped by promptly to make sure I was satisfied with the first cleaning.

Overall, I am very satisfied with CottageCare and Nancy especially, and am confident I won't be disappointed with my monthly cleanings. Thank you!

Do not recommend, called on a Tuesday, the 2 ladies on the phone were really nice and helpful, i set up a cleaning for Monday 8:30-9:30, she said the manager would call me to go over the full service, the manager never called me, I get a call Monday at 9 asking if I still wanted service because I didn’t confirm it 😬, (i thought the operator saying someone would come Monday from 8:30-9:30 was confirmation but ok ) the lady came, bought her things in looked at my bedroom and said there’s paper on the floor so i can’t do the cleaning, she’s not allowed to pick things up off the floor her manager would call me shortly and go over everything, still have not received a call. I thought the point of a cleaning service was to clean, i guess picking up paper is not considered cleaning, I’ll just take my $200 elsewhere

I have been using this service for a few months and I was fortunate enough to have Nancy as my cleaner recently. She did an absolutely amazing job!!! She was incredibly thorough and left my house beautiful! I look forward to having her come out again. Thank you Nancy for doing such a wonderful job on my home!

Grace was very friendly, outgoing and respectful. She did a great cleaning job for us. And she asked questions so it was clear what I needed to be done. I would definitely recommend her as well as have her back to my home again!

I am so disappointed! I asked for a deep clean and got a stand WIPE DOWN! my stove wasn't even wiped down, Had to sweep my floor over again and the counter tops were NOT clean. When I called in, I was told they came to do a standard cleaning and didn't have supply for deep clean. The problem was I didn't even get standard clean. This was a waste of money and time.

Been using Cottage Care for a few months and have been having a great experience. All of the cleaners who have come to our home have done a great job including Jessica and Nina! Traci made it so easy to get set up with service. It is such a relief to have these services so reliably handled. It takes such a weight off my mind during the month. Thank you to the whole cottage care team!

Update: Still very pleased with Cottage Care. My most recent cleaning was done by Grace and I can't speak highly enough about the job she did. I would def recommend Cottage Care to anyone who needs a good cleaning service!

So glad I found Cottage Care! Daisy and April came and did an excellent job cleaning. They were prompt and very thorough. I especially appreciated that they wore their masks while working in my home. 2 thumbs up!

Cottage Care has been my cleaning service for over 10 years. The employees are nice and they do a good job . Traci is easy to work with, she is accommodating to schedule changes, even at the last minute! I have recommended her to my friends and family.

I had the pleasure of having Marquita, who works out of the Cottage Care Munster office to clean my home. She is a hard worker, friendly, and efficient. I Was extremely pleased with the work that she did on our home. She will be someone that I can call regularly to clean our home. Thanks Marquita great job.
