    I hired this company for weekly mowing and edging services every three weeks because my schedule is extremely busy—I work long hours and coach multiple softball teams. I was looking for reliability and convenience, but unfortunately, that’s not what I got. From the start, there were issues. They didn’t show up on the scheduled day for the first service and arrived several days late. When they finally did come out, the quality of work was poor. Areas that needed trimming were missed, parts of the yard were left unmowed, and they even left ruts in the lawn. The job was clearly incomplete. When I raised these concerns, I was met with excuses rather than any effort to correct the problems. For the second scheduled service, they didn’t show up at all. When I called, I was told their mower had broken down and that there wasn’t much they could do unless I had equipment they could use—which is completely unacceptable for a professional service. At that point, I canceled immediately. Based on my experience, this company seems more focused on quick, easy jobs than on doing quality work or taking care of their customers. There was a clear lack of reliability, accountability, and professionalism throughout. I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere if you want dependable lawn care. I would give zero stars if that were an option.

    Stay away from these folks. 1st mowing was several days late with zero communication. 2nd mowing didn't happen again zero communication from them. Once I got ahold of them was told their mower broke down. 3rd mowing again no show no communication, again told mower broke down. Then followed by they would not be fixing or purchasing a new mower and now I have to find another service. Bottom line unprofessional, and un reliable.
