Hand a plumbing inspection, David was good but alitte to pickey about some issues. One of my bathroom sink does need a new drain pipe for a Crack in it. And Hot water heater is old past it's average service life but working great. There is some water piping that could be addressed but at this moment no leaks or cracking pipes. So went and checked out all his questionable reasons on what needs attention. All of my toilet valves have replaced from shopping at Menards for service parts. They are available with not having to replacement of the toilet. So in all he was correct on 4 issues. Leaks, older Water heater, well water pump up grade. So careful when you come into someone's home that does alot of the minor repairs himself and also works in service area. But we will have out drainage pipe repaired and will keep Summers as our main service company. Cause on our furnace , you guys were Rockstars. M Murray, Today 10/7 Brad Ruckman came to do our plumbing repair and agreed with what we talked about. Did a outstanding job and was very informative on what he did and explained the problem that he fixed. So very happy with Brad. Thank you.

Ayden provided excellent customer service. He was very knowledgeable about the plumbing matter we discussed. He clearly explained the process for the work and concisely answered all of my questions. He was courteous and professional in all respects. The office is very responsive to questions, as well. I appreciate the text reminders and alerts as to when the technicians will arrive.

This is a mixed review but overall i do not recommend.
I needed service on a water heater. I called and they came out the same day and got everything working. The technician was great and they only wanted to charge a fee for the service call. Great!! (5 stars)
Then highly recommended that we replace the water heater as it nearing the end of its service life. Ok... what's the quote for that?Well... to replace it with a standard tank type it will be $7000. Ouch.. I really would prefer a tankless what is that quote? Well that is $11,000. Wth!? Seriously? Yes, sir4). Umm. No thank you let me just take care of the service call. Well... then they explain a monthly service plan. That sounds great and if I sign up they will waiver the service call. Ok. Awesome. Let's do that.
Fast forward I decide to get a few quotes on a new water heater and the cost for a tankless is $3000 from someone else. Cool.. I get it replaced and also put in a water softener. Im still less than half what they quoted me for just the water heater.
So now I have their service agreement coming out monthly on a new water heater and a recently new furnace and AC. So, I decide to cancel said agreement and now they want to charge the original service fee.
Well... keep your over priced quotes and your worthless service agreement.
I was rather happy with their service until I knew I could get the same service for a LOT less somewhere else.
So, feel free to use them if you don't mind severely over paying. If money is no object. This is your place.

I really appreciate having a trustworthy, local service company like Summers. Always friendly service people. Mason did thorough work and was eager to make sure his work was complete and to my satisfaction. He took time to clean up after himself as well.

Todd was amazing. We have always been happy with our service at Summers but Todd went above and beyond to walk us through everything that was going on with our systems. We ended up needing a full replacement and he helped get us some extra discounts. Thanks Todd!

Greg came out to take a look at out furnace, he was great, super professional and nice. Answered any questions I had and kept me informed of what was happening, took pictures and videos of issues and explained them well.

Awesome, awesome, awesome! These are clearly professionals of the highest order! They didnt just come in for a few minutes and give me a quote based on what was here before ( furnace) .They measured and looked and got to know the whole house. They pulled the pannel of the furnace plus looked over the air conditioner to get the full picture of whst they would be working with and then they gave a thourough evaluation based on my homes specifics. I'm really impressed. They were respectful and took plenty of time to get to know my wants and needs for our home! I highly recommend them! I feel i understand what their plan is ((they sat down with me and gave several options) and if I have any questions I can call them directly! Thanks guys! You did your company proud!

Mason and Ayden did an excellent job. They got my shower attachments installed and the access panels look great. I appreciate all they did. They were both also very kind to my furbabies and that is also very important to me. Thank you for employing such excellent people!

Ayden Nash was a great help to me today he came to my house to fix my main water line in my garage that had a leak. He explained the whole process and everything. He was understanding with the morning mix up with me having to get my son to school and not knowing I needed to let the city know ahead of time I needed my water temporarily shut off.

Professional, courteous, on time and efficient. Very thorough.Ayden made every effort to find the best solution to my plumbing problems instead of jumping to the easiest and most expensive solution. I felt well informed and he made every effort to keep cost down. Very much appreciated doing business with this young man.

Todd was very friendly and respectful of our property.

Corey did a great job installing the ac unit. Except for the new equipment, you could hardly tell anything had been done.

Andrew was great. Relaxed, friendly, and came in the time range the text said. He said he found a problem and worked to get it fixed. That included calling in some help. All in all a very good experience.

Todd performed an annual heating system check. He is very friendly and was on his scheduled time. The addition of the map showing his location was helpful too. Nice job.

Was impressed with Masons knowledge. He took time to explain the issue and how to solve it. I am very happy with his service today. I will be using Summers again in the near future.

Mason was awesome. Super respectful to my family while I was at work, very easy to work with. Communicated well and completed the job in a timely manner. I know he did the job and didn’t try to sell me something i didn’t need

I have had Summers for a couple of years now and I am very happy with their services!
I meant with Todd today about my furnace.
He was a very nice and informative about my furnace. He check out everything with the furnace and talked to me several times and explained about what was going on and how to correct the problem.

We contacted Summer's 2 years ago when we had a water heater issue. Of course it was a pretty expensive fix. Also got their membership in which we have 2 HVAC inspections/tune ups and a plumbing inspection each year. Today we had Colton and Ayden come out for our inspections. Both were well-mannered and helped explain needs for our home without pushing and upsells.

Quickly diagnosed why our boiler would not turn on during the brutal cold. We had to wait a week for the part from the manufacturer but once it arrived they quickly returned and completed the repair.

We’ve had some issues with our heating unit keeping up. Arturo came out on a service call today and was great! Very professional, on time, great communication and was very clear on what the issue was. I highly recommend Summers services. Thanks Arturo!

A lot of hard work was put in to my sewage system by the plumbers. They were great to work with and explained every step of the process.
The HVAC guys are also fantastic and definitely know what they are doing. They’ve helped me out with various things multiple times now.
One time, I inquired about how to do a DIY project, and the HVAC tech took the time to explain in detail how I could do it and even gave me several options.

Todd Goodman did an excellent job inspecting my HVAC unit. The best part was how well he communicated everything. He clearly explained the current state of my system, what maintenance was performed, and gave me honest, straightforward recommendations for the future. He didn't try to upsell me on anything unnecessary and made sure I understood all my options. The communication was outstanding.
