I just realized that every time I write a review, it erases my previous one. I guess Ill just review everyone in one long review now.

The first was reviewing David. So nice and knowledgeable! He inspected my entire home for any plumbing issues, and gave my furnace and AC a "once over" to alert me to any impending issues.

Next I saw Todd and Austin. They came to thoroughly inspect my furnace as well as to clean and service my AC unit. This was such a pleasant experience! My AC was fine, but my furnace had seen better days. They measured my home and asked questions about our lifestyle before recommending the best unit to replace what I had. I loved that he was so thorough and was able to recommend a budget friendly unit, that would work just fine for what we needed. I felt absolutely no pressure to purchase a new unit, or the most expensive one, or to even purchase through them. That means so much to me!

A couple days later, Marlin came and installed 6 stops under my sinks, to replace old corroded ones. He warned me that he might not be able to save one of my bathroom faucets, but that he would try his best. I feel like a lesser company might have not taken so much care and instead, sold me a new faucet; but Marlin was able to save it, and in turn, save me a substantial cost. Thank you Sir, for your care and expertise!

And today, I have a new furnace!! It's amazing how the things that bring us joy, change as we age. Corey and Gage came and had the old one out and the new one in so quickly! They explained the installation process before, during and after. I felt very confident in their knowledge and ability. They took time to answer my questions and made sure I was comfortable with the new unit before they left. I've had 6 different Summers Technicians in my home at various times over the past month, and every single one of them has been personable, capable and efficient. I can't say enough good about this company!

Had tune up of year old furnace found cleaning needed will deal with that soon. In and out, related info needed to know to make decision on future services. Glad to be member and save on services. Had a second tech come out for a concerning sound, he was able to explain the sound and even removed the 3 dead mice the first tech apparently missed in the system.

We started paying the yearly fee this year and got our first furnace maintenance evaluation. Mr. Colton Edwards was a wonderful and professional man who explained the basics of his evaluation and then a detailed run down of everything he found. It was perfectly as expected and I appreciated him!

He was very helpful and made us feel at ease about our situation. Our furnace quit working during a very cold week. It ended up needing replaced and he supplied us with an electric space heater until the work can be done. Thank You Richard!

We had Nathan and Tyler come and put in a submersible pump and pressure tank. They were a welcome site considering we had no water. Both of them were very polite and professional. They took pride in what they did and were very courteous to us. We are very happy with the Summer's team. We are a first time customer and look forward to working with them in the future. Again thanks Nathan and Tyler.

My water heater went out last night and Ayden showed up first thing in the morning. He was courteous and explained in detail. The team came out the next and got me up and running. They were all courteous and respected my home. It’s never fun to have these things go wrong but it’s nice when you receive quick service

Mason Berry was very knowledgeable and thorough and was able to fix the start of the toilet fill value I started the do for the downstairs bathroom toilet. Upstairs where there was a leak around the base of the toilet he had to go get a part to fix it after he pulled it and the part that needed replaced was done and he fastened it down tight but said the subfloor is rotted and that needs replaced and he recommended to me a company to contact. I forgot and had to go get him after he was in the truck ready to leave to come help get my drain unstuck in my bathroom sink because I couldn’t get it and it was on real tight but he was able to get the plug out and told me what needed done.
Very nice and polite man and I would recommend him to someone who needs this type of service.

After a miscommunication about what faucets I wanted, the folks at Summers Plumbing Heating and Cooling corrected the mistake and were very nice about it. The repair guys were courteous and hardworking and they acted respectful. Thank you for the excellent customer service

Richard Cornett did a great job diagnosing and explaining what was going on with my furnace. And result I needed a furnace and he made me a great deal I'm very much appreciative of him and he was very courteous and respectful will recommend him.
The installers Corey Bridges and Gage Roberts did a great job very respectful of the customers property very much satisfied with the whole ordeal thank you very much

Had an old drainage pipe in basement having issues. Called Summers and they came over, used a camera and metal detector to determine a problematic old drain pipe that needed replaced. We set an appointment and the guys were prompt and did an excellent job. They even gave me a senior citizen discount Would highly recommend!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We called to have a preventative maintenance on our AC unit prior to needing it. These guys came over and did a thorough cleaning, found a couple small problems and were able to fix them at the same appointment. Very happy with these guys and their honest work ethic.
