Highly recommend open box. They did a fantastic job. I put off replacing my roof for too long mostly didn't have time, Adam made the whole process easy from financing to getting the job scheduled.

We had our roof recently replaced by OpenBox Roofing. The project manager, Donny, provided great communication and attention to detail through every step of the process. Based on my experience, I would definitely recommend the company to anyone in need of roof/siding work.

Open Box roofing was simply great. They were on time the day that was agreed for the install, they did the tearoff and installation of a new roof all in one day, they cleaned up very well afterwards, and protected and preserved are ornamental plantings all around the house. Can’t say enough about them. And the roof looks great. The personnel were great to deal with.

Open Box did a complete new roof installation on our home quickly and professionally. They were on time, and had everything cleaned up so well, we couldn't even tell they were even here. Our project manager, Chris, was extremely personable, knowledgeable and really educated us every step of the way.
Aside from the roof looking great, they even went above and beyond to paint our chimney stack to match our new roof better. We are very pleased with the work they did from start to finish, and I 100% recommend them!

This past year I have had the pleasure of working with Tom Slovik and his team at Open Box roofing. This was due to the tornado of June 2023 to the south side of Greenwood. My insurance company finally settled with me on March 31, 2024. Tom and his team work patiently through this unsettling process to bring my home back to me in excellent condition. With a few bumps in the process, Tom always stood by his word and completed the work with excellence as if I was part of the family. I would absolutely recommend Open Box roofing.

Earlier this year, I had Openbox complete an inspection of my roof for hail damage. After working with the insurance company, they were able to get my home and detached garage covered. I was recommended to upgrade the shingles to a class 4 impact resistant shingle that helped save me some money on my insurance premiums. Adam was amazing! He responded quickly to my inquiry and answered all of my questions that he could before coming out to inspect a roof at one of my listings. He was punctual and took the time to explain things to my client. His report was very well done with a lot of pictures and great detail and was super easy to read! I appreciated his knowledge, but more importantly his honesty. I will definitely call him again in the future!

We have used Open Box Roofing for 2 projects. First, was in late February when we were trying to find someone to repair aluminum window trim and Ace Handyman Services suggested we contact Adam Jacobs at Open Box Roofing. Adam was quick to respond, evaluated the situation and suggested fixes. Shortly thereafter his crew came out and did a fantastic job repairing/replacing the aluminum trim on the necessary windows. Communication with the workers was easy and they cleaned up very well. Adam stopped by a few days later for payment and to make sure I was happy with the work. Overall, one of the best experiences I have had dealing with a company.
Consequently, in June when I noticed some birds were getting behind our roof trim, I did not hesitate to contact Adam again and he was quick to respond. At that time, we had also decided to repair the soffit on our porch. Adam climbed and evaluated the trim and bird issue and suggested a simple fix which he performed on the spot while explaining to me the different options for the soffit repair. He listened to me and understood what we were trying to accomplish and did not try to oversell me anything. That crew came out within a few weeks and once again I was pleased with their efficiency, professionalism, and cleanliness. Once again Adam arrived a couple of days later to make sure I was happy with the work and complete payment.
Open Box roofing will be my first call for any further roofing issues we may need addressed. My experience was nothing but positive with Adam and the rest of their employees.

The MOST Awesome experience with OpenBox Tom Bill and team!!!- Showed up on the night of the tornado and continued on with experience and professionalism! We went through hurdles and Tom went to bat with my insurance company and in the end all worked out and made my home better than before. Open Box fixed items not covered by my insurance which made me a very happy person- over the months of repair to the massive damage done all phone calls were Returned and all dates were kept. Had the pleasure of working with Bill Babcock as an estimator, and I found him to be extremely thorough and easy to work with. The company really went above and beyond, doing things like performing a water test of my exterior and spending significant time inspecting my roof without charge. Would gladly recommend.
