Ben came out and wasted no time in diagnosing why our heat had stopped working. He was very thorough and after getting things running again he made sure to look over the rest of the system. If you’re looking for some great service I’d recommend these guys any day.

Brian, Ben and all the other technicians that came out to replace my furnace/heat pump yesterday were phenomenal. Some of the hardest working/polite people out there. I would highly recommend them for any hvac work.

Shawn was a great help with fixing our furnace! We have had multiple people come over the years to help with our heating issue with no luck, but he was able to figure out the issue quickly and get our house to a warm temperature in no time! He was also able to offer us some advice with the filter to make sure it keeps working at optimal efficiency in the future. Thank you again!

Say they have same day installation of water heaters. Scheduled installation on a Tuesday. It is noon on Thursday and still no water heater.

Easy to order over the phone, and they threw in free delivery. I did have to follow up when it wasn’t delivered on time, but found out it was the vendor not Home Depot- they quickly remedied the situation m.

Came here twice, to get parts for my appliance That I ordered from Home Depot online. Staff couldn’t be bothered to help, one completely ignored/pretended to be busy so I wouldn’t bother her the other one ran out in the middle of our conversation. Not very big on customer service here.

We had a door installed. They did a fair/poor job. They came back and it is slighty better. Now it has a problem. Can't reach them by phone. So frustrating. Fortunately I live close so will go over to yell at them in person. Good thing I don't own a weapon. This is the kind of thing that cause folks to go postal!

I had a great experience working with Indy Pro. Ed and his team did an outstanding job!

New home owner here. Was recommended to us by our realtor.

We needed a whole slew of work done in our crawlspace, and they were down there to take care of a sump pump problem, mainly, that it wasn't working. They go down, confirm that it is indeed the problem, and needs replacement. So they do. We asked them to confirm that it was running, and they confirmed that it was.

Flash forward several months, holiday season, a separate company needed to go down in the crawlspace to do unrelated work, and could not due to flooding.

"But!" says we, "we paid good money to replace the old box of rocks with a new one that functions!"

Separate company laughs and informs us we had been had.

Cue the run around trying to turn on the sump pump that lasts entirely too long, and a littany Of excuses.

The sins with the sump pump:

    1. Indy Pro claimed it had power, when it did not.
    2. It didn't have a float, so it could never switch off of its own accord, and would thus burn out.
    3. We were informed by separate company, that the unit that was installed, was the cheapest box of rocks that was not intended for a home like ours.

Now. Before I get the recommendation to go through customer service, know that we did, and was reminded multiple times how you guys were not at fault for the things that you may or may not have failed to do.

Needless to say, we wont be back.

I hired IndyPro to complete some work to our house that we were preparing to sell. While waiting for the work to be completed, a water heater busted which resulted in part of his work already being completed. After receiving the bill for the work, I requested an itemized receipt. Ed from IndyPro told me none does these, it is impossible, and usually when he does this kind of work no one asks any questions. I told him I would still want him to complete one as I was unable to verify his work due to selling the house. He told my realtor they only do itemized receipts if requested prior to the job and they would look to pursue obtaining payment further. I went to the IndyPro office and asked to meet with Ed to resolve the issue and get them paid. I was told he could not meet with me but he would discuss it over the phone. He stated I was splitting hairs over a couple hundred dollars and I needed to just pay. I felt I had to just blindly pay to avoid being taken to court.

My realtor recommended IndyPro to handle a punchlist of items that the seller of my home did not want to repair. Ed provided an itemized quote so I could choose which jobs to prioritize and took care of everything efficiently. When one small item was inadvertently missed, he sent someone out to take care of it, and then he took care of some other small things that had come up after the original scope of work. The pricing was fair and he was able to find good subcontractors to handle the Control4 system and HVAC issues. I would not hesitate to use IndyPro again.

IndyPro came out and got us an estimate within 2 business days and were always very easy to be in contact with whenever was necessary. They completed a large repair project of our screened porch professionally, on time, and without any hidden/surprise fees. The job site was cleaned up each day and the work done was excellent. Insurance delays and difficulties did not inhibit their work. We will be using IndyPro for various other home repairs or remodels.
