From the beginning, this company was quick and responsive with scheduling. They also were quick with getting back to me with an estimate. They offered lots of advice and opinions for solutions to the work I needed on my gutters, siding, and leak issue with my home. They were available for any questions and offered to come out early to start working.

I recommend Perfect Start Property Solutions because it is affordable with good quality work. My only complaint is that I didn't call them sooner for an estimate.

They did a Super Fantastic Job. A Family owned business. Very Passionate workers. They answered our questions without getting annoyed.
Would Totally Recommend them. They fixed the roof, replaced all the Shingles, gutters, replace the tiles for the drop ceiling. Also did a Super job of cleaning up inside & outside.
We had different roofing Co. who over charge, Lied & one tried to make me pay $500 up front. Other used threat tactics to get us to go through them. Telling us that our roof wouldn't make it through the weekend. The roof was not even that bad.
