Access Property Solutions has always done professional work. We had a lot of work to be done after a tornado and they were quick to help. Gutters cleaned and repaired, siding replaced and repaired and so much more. Highly recommend. Prompt and Professional guys!

It has been a tremendous experience working with Jay Ward and his team at Access Property Solutions! They were referred to us by a local Anderson window organization to re-caulk each of the windows in our house. While they do both residential and commercial work, Jay used commercial grade caulk, spent days removing the old caulk and installing the new. They really took time and care and the windows look great, as they also nailed the color match.

Since they offer a variety of services, we also hired them to improve insulation in our crawlspace, re-strap the plumbing pipes, and ensure that we had proper encapsulation before winter time. We are so impressed by the quality of their work that we are going to ask them to return in the spring to do some mortar work maintenance. We highly recommend Jay and Access Property Solutions!!

The worst customer service I ever experienced, not coming back

up took my money for 4 windows said to be in stock in the Noblesville store. Then hours later said the point man there had already sold their stock and for me to return and be refunded. A trip that would entail 40 miles. Contractor had alreadyhad a claim check to pick order up.

This Home Depot said that they are not willing to take any responsibility for selling me a fridge that broke within 65 days of installation. They sold me a defective product and then stated that I have to take it up with the manufacturer. On 3/9/17 I purchased a brand new Whirlpool fridge from Home Depot. On 5/13/17 the fridge stopped cooling and I had to throw everything away (after only 9 weeks of use) . I called Whirlpool since it was well within the 1yr manufacturers warranty to set up a service call (I did not purchase the extra warranty sold by Home Depot due to, out of 47 reviews, 40 of them gave just 1 star, and I quote “not worth the paper it is printed on”). A tech came out on 5/17/17 and ordered parts. Another specialized tech came out on 5/22/17 and stated that there was a major system malfunction and it is unlikely to be repaired in the next week as they have to test for leaks and possibly order more parts. I spent over $1500.00 on a brand new fridge that has been broken for 2 weeks and wont likely be fixed for another 1-2 weeks. I called Home Depot and asked them if they would stand behind their product and make good on the fact that they sold me a brand new fridge that (if it can even BE repaired) and is going to take almost a month and also 4 days off work. They said it's not their problem. I cant run a house without a fridge. I can cook without stove, and clean dishes without a dishwasher, but I cant function without a fridge. Unless something changes, I WILL NEVER purchase another appliance from Home Depot, and I will tell anyone that will listen exactly why.

I used to be a Home Depot fan and shopped it almost exclusively for my home improvement purchases. That has now all changed and I couldn't be more frustrated with a store. Our experience with purchasing and getting a Home Depot (Crew 2) installation of a sliding glass door has been horrendous. Staff of both this store and Crew 2 have been non responsive and unwilling to provide the customer experience that we had come to expect. Trying to get someone to answer the phone, return calls, and respond with a solution (never occurred) has been a nightmare. Empty promises and excuses are all we get. Once our sliding glass door, if it ever gets installed, will be the last time I ever shop at a Home Depot.

Good place for home and garden needs. Good pricing but a little hard to find things and signs could be better inside the store but great place.

Please don’t call Oscar Larson , before they have good technician ,we no have any problems with them. Now they hired young kids , they don’t know anything thing. They have unprofessional employees, they waste your time they are sitting in van and we are paying for hourly. They charge you for not fixing problem and then you have to call another company.

Very diligent and prompt

They rebuilt a room on my house from the foundation up. Their quote was well below the cost to replace a 3 seasons room. They were professional, courteous and did a wonderful job working at the speed of light. I have a new 12 ft x 16 ft stick-built room in less than four weeks from start to finish, including HVAC. My neighbors were so impressed they asked 317 GC to build a room onto their house.

We were referred to 317 General Contracting following a water remediation effort. Water had leaked from a master bath into our garage ceiling. Drywall and insulation had been removed in two places to dry the area out. We hired 317 to replace the dry wall, match the roof texture and paint the respective areas. They were very timely, reasonable and did very high quality work. They were available very quickly and we are very happy with the results. We would definitely use them again! The quality of work was outstanding, and they paid attention to every detail. Communication was clear and consistent, and the worksite was kept clean throughout.
