Sean not only fulfilled the list of work order item on my house but included extra btoken items and didn't raise the original negotiated price. You don't find many like him or his company in today's world.

After a recent hail storm our roof began leaking into the attic. My insurance company denied my claim initially. That’s when a friend of my recommended Renaissance and Sean came to the rescue. He walked me through the steps to dispute the denial with All State. (Horrible company by the way). It took almost 3 months of Renaissance going back and forth with All State with their numerous delay tactics, but here we are, and just had our roof replaced last week, paid for in full by All State.

Attention to detail. Powerwashed our house. Waited for the house to dry then rewashed residual dirty areas. Fixed loose siding. Took care to protect landscape. Definitely will use again. Plan to scrape and paint trim in spring will use them.

Sean and his crew from renaissance roofing and home improvement were excellent . They arrived promptly at 9:30 as they said they would and by 4:00 they were cleaning up and leaving. My new roof looks great. I was given a fair price and couldn’t be happier. If I have more work I would definitely use this company again . Its nice to deal with a company that dosent try to gouge you just for the sake of running up the price.

After the horrible rain storms in July, we came home from vacation to a completely flooded basement.

Renaissance repaired 3 planks of LVP flooring that were ripped at the sides. It is a perfect job. You can't tell anything was ever wrong. They were personable and comfortable to have in the house and they cleaned up meticulously.
