After waiting forever to get some service their advice was go to Economy Plumbing on North Capitol Avenue. So I went to North Capitol Avenue and the idiots down there said and I quote I don't know what to tell you exclamation point

Following my experience dealing on three separate occasions trying to get a garage door opener installed, I would not hesitate to give my "Experience" ZERO stars! ZERO Follow Up! My MISTAKE giving this store another piece of business after our First "EXPERIENCE?"

Good afternoon
It has come to my attention that a particular associate is always there when I go into the store and she is very kind and extremely helpful, always all over the place filling carts and will still stop everything to help anyone in need.
But lately I have noticed that she has constantly been yelled at by what seems her supervisors every other time I have been there. Not too sure why, but when she notices there’s people around, she flushes red and doesn’t speak to anyone. I have become concerned because she never stops working, whether she’s helping or loading carts with merchandise, she doesn’t seem to ever be still, yet if you walk halfway through the store, you will encounter many personnel that are doing nothing, and constantly disappearing whenever you request help. I know she used to drive before to help customers load on the daily. I am a pro customer who has been helped by her constantly and she is always trying to help disregarding how busy she is. I’m not sure why she keeps getting yelled at, but I would like to give a shout out to that associate for always helping me and smiling when ever she is.
Help like that is very difficult to find now a days, and that is someone very special that really would help any business progress successfully.

Avoid Home Depot at all costs, you will appreciate the saved headache. I have only had atrocious work done by them. 6 MONTHS for a single room for flooring and they said that was normal. 5 different times they came out to measure, an additional 5 different times they came out to try and install and failed due to failed preparation. In the end, they didn't even install the entire room. When we confronted their management about this, they informed us that this was a typical install and did not warrant discussion.

Highly recommend for fast, well-priced service. I had them remove some very old attic insulation and install new in one area of my house and then come back nearly a month later to install insulation in a newly renovated attic space. Communication was quite good and the staff was efficient.

I had a special situation with my 60s Cape Cod home. Everyone from sales, scheduling, and install was knowledgeable and understood what I was going for. I ended up with 3 inches of closed cell foam sprayed onto the roof deck in my side attic to protect pipes and HVAC from the cold winter air and humid summer heat. Price was competitive, install was quick, and my home was left spotless. Not enough good things to say about this company.

Had Kyle come out. My attic insulation was low. Kyle had an estimate to me promptly. The price was fair and competitive. Scheduling was smooth and easy. Britt and Anthony showed up on time and scheduled. The installation process was smooth. The technicians answered all my questions and cleaned up thoroughly after the install. I highly recommend Stay Cozy Insulation. Kyle and Mike were great to work with. Would highly recommend their services.

Requested copies of before and after service photos before work began on attic installof blown in R49 insulation. Installer, Britt, agreed to do so, but has yet to forward copies. Spoke to Mike in the office who was to follow up with Britt, but have yet to receive copies, 3 days from Install, to guage the quality of material and work. They canceled the initial day of install without warning....I had to call to find out. No apologies, no accommodation for the scheduling inconvenience. Fair price, smooth install process, but poor customer service. I now have to inconvenience my tenants and climb in the attic myself to view the work. Recommend retrieving pics before payment.

I had a rodent infestation in my attic. Kyle promptly came to my house and quickly provided me with an estimate. My estimate was very reasonably priced and I accepted on the spot. I worked with Mike to get everything scheduled. Britt and Anthony showed up on time, as scheduled and removed the attic insulation in 1 day. Stay Cozy worked around my schedule. I had some electrical work completed while the attic was empty. When my electrical work was finished, Stay Cozy came back and air sealed my can lights, added new baffles where necessary and added fresh fiberglass insulation to R60. I can’t recommend Stay Cozy Insulation enough. Give them a try. You’ll love their prices and service.
