The employees of this company gauged a long strip out of my wall (almost all the way through) to make a countertop fit into place during a kitchen cabinets, sink and countertop replacement and damaged my wall and then tried to cover it up and hide it, I asked why they would do that and that it was damaging the wall in my home, the employee got mad and didn't attempt to fix it. The sink is very loose, countertops warped and not level, seems are uneven and have lips on it, didn't fully seal/caulk the countertop, shower seal had mold growing in in, removed and cleaned the mold and didn't reseal it. Water turned on and off through the house to install sink, dishwasher and garbage disposal (was never told water through entire house was shut off) and breaker to water heater shut off ( again, unaware of them doing so) and went to take a shower and had no hot water. Called them up to see if they could fix the problem, almost 2 hours go by before they show up and water starts to warm up. I told the guy good, then there's nothing you need to do and thanks for coming back out, he got irritated and aggressive. I went to turn the sink on to check the water and he grabs my hand very aggressively and screams " you listen to me" I pull my arm back and he runs out of the house cursing me out. This is the same guy who gauged the hole in my wall and he was upset that I pointed out the damage he was causing. Police report filed and the company won't answer my calls to resolve the issue. I believe the best course of action is to call a lawyer. Do NOT use this company. They are cheap and low skilled.

Edited to add response to the owners response: the fact that I rent the home is irrelevant to your employee that assaulted me. Posting that I rent instead of own the home to downplay the situation is absurd and childish. Just because there was no walk through done doesn't negate the fact that your company done a terrible job. We live here, you do NOT, so the quality of the job shouldn't cut corners, damage things to make other things fir into place and then try to hide the damage done and poor quality of the work. The company I rent from had to send over an employee of theirs to monitor the work and our safety of and from your company and employees. We have plenty of pictures and videos. I've contacted a lawyer for the assault and we will take it to court.

I had to do all of the following up with services because if I didn't, they wouldn't contact me. The first appointment, they stood me up and ghosted me. When I called about it, no call back. Finally days later, they texted another estimated time of 9-11 and didn't come until 12:30, just showed up without calling. They needed a part and I had to ask if it was there or they wouldn't have called and then were 2 hours late again. Crappy communication and promptness. Wouldn't suggest using this company.

Hired David to install downdraft vent built in oven and microwave warming drawer and cooktop. In process he cracked cooktop ,wired the downdraft by using low voltage wiring improperly installed the microwave oven and warming drawer in a cabinet. We paid him $1500.00. We have now had to hire an outside company to fix his mistakes. This going to cost us at least an additional $1509.00 to fix his mistakes. We requested a refund to cover thes costs. We will be taking him to court. Do not use him under any circumstance.

We had to make a call to our rental company because the furnace was not working. We changed the batteries in the thermostat, flipped the breaker on and off and the switch a couple times. So AAR sent Jace out SAME DAY to fix the issue. He was quick and efficient and incredibly polite!! He said the switch was off but that was from us trying to get the system working before. He explains that he cleaned the flame sensor because it was quite dirty. But I’d give Jace and AAR 10/10 for their professionalism, promptness, efficiency, and their kindness. Would recommend again!!!

Ben came out and did his job. Furnace and thermostat had went out and Ben put me back on.

This Amazing Company installed a furnace in our home. They are very professional and they let you know everything as they search for the problem. The gentleman who came out to our home to assess the problem was very courteous and he knew exactly what he was doing. I highly recommend this company for any of your HVAC needs.
