Great Experience with Our Patio Build!

We had a great experience working with this patio building team. From the beginning, they were incredibly helpful in designing the space, offering thoughtful suggestions and always being responsive to any modifications we requested along the way.

The final result was exactly what we had envisioned—the patio turned out beautifully. The crew was not only professional but also very courteous and respectful of our property. They kept the work area clean at all times and made a clear effort to minimize any impact on our landscaping, which we really appreciated.

I highly recommend this company to anyone looking for patio or deck work. Their attention to detail, responsiveness, and quality of work truly stood out. I would absolutely hire them again for any future projects!

My project was a small, but challenging endeavor that included a refresh of a raised wood deck to Trex/Timbertech as well as a paver patio. Platinum Decking was able to accommodate a completely contact free transaction as I have family members who are high risk for extreme health complications due to Covid and available vaccines. The project manager, Kyle, went to the paver supplier and took photos for us of specific paver bricks we were interested in so we could see them in natural light. He came to the house several times to personally inspect and respond to any concerns we posed throughout the project including after completion when we thought there might be a grading problem. Kyle and his project lead came out and tested with a water hose, taking pictures and annotating the water runoff direction which they provided. The crew worked under very hot conditions including several days over 90 degrees. They were able to accommodate a customer bought and assembled pergola, which Platinum set and anchored to the concrete at our request. Additional ad-hoc design changes included creative carpentry to shift the deck rail adjacent to the porch door to allow the door to open fully due to the new, wider post caps as well as shifting the entire patio several inches to ensure the pergola was centered. Overall, I think the solution looks great and complements our existing screened porch and garden areas perfectly. Looking forward to many family gatherings and a new grill! Thanks Platinum Decking!

The team went above and beyond in several areas. As an example, some of our original substructure was found to be rotting and unreliable, and they corrected all of these cases. We also had some unique challenges fitting into an existing space with some tough curves but the final results look great.

Update after 4 months: we noticed an issue that we missed during the inspection and the team came over and fixed that issue completely. Really appreciated the after-project support!

Platinum Deck and Patio did a fantastic job building our patio. Kyle and Josh were both very responsive and easy to work with, quickly answering all of our questions. They helped us with both the design and with materials selection. Saúl and his team did a great job with the build, and the finished patio looks fantastic. We made a few adjustments to the original plan without any issue, including adding a conduit under the patio for a hot tub. For materials we selected Belgard Dimensions in Scandina Gray with a Midnight color border using 6x9 pavers. The wall is Unilock Lineo Dimensional Stone in Granite color with Unilock Ledgestone in grey on top.

The crew did an amazing job on our patio. From the initial quoting phase to the design consultation and the final walk through everything was taken care of. The crew came out and did some incredible work and had excellent attention to detail. We are so glad we went with platinum and won’t hesitate to again in the future!

The crew was very professional and accommodative of our specific requirements, they made sure it is built exactly to the specifications we desire. Kyle (owner/project manager) was always available and was very responsive on text/call to answer any questions or concerns. Any issues with material color, size etc we’re taken care of immediately. A very dedicated and hard working crew that cleaned up each day. In only one week time, we had a great looking high quality patio. Excellent communication throughout the process, from the very beginning in designing the patio all the way through building the patio. Thus, we would highly recommend Platinum Deck and Patio.

After nearly three years of meeting with many deck contractors to replace our aging wood deck, we chose Platinum for many reasons and highly recommend them. From the initial consultation to finishing touches on the project, Kyle was helpful and communicative. While others specialized in one aspect of the job or another, many seemed hesitant about the site specifics or didn’t seem to have the experience to deliver the finalized project or material choices we were looking for. Platinum was confident about their ability to deal with our site, build our project, provide the design and product choices we wanted and had examples of their work to back it up.

The execution felt smooth to us—even if it wasn’t for them. They remained on (and even ahead!) of schedule throughout the build. When difficulties on site dictated some changes to the construction, they quickly adjusted on the fly. Most importantly, they remained communicative and responsive the whole time. Our previous deck posts were built into a paver patio below and Kyle went out of his way to match materials to cover the voids where the previous posts were removed. He also provided some last minute help to modify our lighting so that we’d be happy with small details others may have overlooked.

Platinum made our project feel easy and the crew worked diligently and amazingly quickly to deliver the deck we were looking for. Thanks!

Involved us throughout to be sure to meet our expectations and kept us informed, timely and professional. Exceeded our expectations!

They have promptly come out and fixed the prior issue I was having with my patio. I would again fully recommend these guys. Quality job and even after the job is finished they have checked in to see how things are and came out to fix any issue I had. Thank you guys again!

Update as of 6/16/25
After some heavy rain, I noticed some edging becoming visible and actually dislodged in one area. I have contacted them 4 times and they have responded saying they will get back with me. It seems that once my final payment was received they have not been as responsive. See pictures for area of concern.

Great company, competitively priced. Executed our patio in roughly 2-1/2 days. Very responsive and called frequently to update us on timeline. Had issues with some leveling of one of the pavers and they were out the next day to amend the issue. Would recommend!
