I have used Access Property Solutions in the past and have found them very reliable. They replaced the soffits on my house. I am planning on having them to power wash and seal the brick on my house this year.

Access Property Solutions recently came to my home and solved a long-standing problem of water in the basement. Mr. Ward, the owner, noted the poor shape of my gutters and offered to repair and replace them. His team's work was top-notch and I no longer have water in basement! The company was easy to work with and very timely with estimates and work. I recommend this company.

When discovering brick and foundation issues, I started by calling four companies, Jay Ward with APS immediately set up a scheduled time to inspect and get a free estimate. Unlike the other three companies, one called four days later, another called three weeks later, and one never returned my call.
First impressions are important, so when Jay Ward came to our home, he was professional, polite, knowledgeable, and someone we like right away and felt we could trust
. The day of repair after digging down finding a surprise foundation hole and still completed brick work repair all in one day was impressive. The helpers were courteous and went right to work.
We have already recommended APS to a family member and will be using a Access Property Solutions LLC in the future!

Access Property Solutions did an amazing job repairing the gutters on my home as well as providing me with a free home inspection. With the inspection they found roof damage that I also had repaired by access, saving me a ton of money by not having to have the roof replaced. Would highly recommend them to anyone, and will not hesitate to use them for future repairs on my home!

I needed some repairs made on the deck to my house. After calling several contractors and trying to work with very uncommunicative, unprofessional people at other companies, I made contact with Access Property Solutions. I immediately had a time slot for an estimate, they kept me informed ahead of time whenever anything changed with the schedule or project, were very courteous to me personally when they were here, and finished the job on budget at a standard I feel safe inviting people to stand on. They took what I saw as a decrepit piece of wood and made it a high point of the house. I highly recommend them to everyone.

Every year Jay Ward inspects my roof and the exterior of the house. He has done an excellent job of identifying and repairing items of concern. His attention to detail and expertise give me the peace of mind that my home is safe and in good repair. I highly recommend his services.

I am a local HOA President and APS is our primary general contractor. APS has done exceptionally well facilitating building repairs, deck repairs, general grounds and specific work on Common Areas and Special Common Areas. Their process of assigning selected skilled workers, procuring materials and (first estimating) hourly labor content has greatly improved the HOA community and is a very cost-effective manner. Great work APS. (APS is also an approved Site Contractor working directly for HOA Homeowners (and being paid by) within their respective homes.)

Jay and Son did a great job on restoring my screened porch replacing posts and deck boards painting, installed a door and replacing light fixtures. Highly recommend them!

I can’t say enough about Access Property Solutions. Quality of work is always stellar. My house is my home and it’s important that repairs are done right the first time. With Access Property Solutions, I get all of that. Also communication about the repairs are always first and honest. No hidden costs. Questions are always answered and explained correctly. I trust the quote and if there is changes to the quote, they contact you before they work further. I’ve used the company for 20 years. Not always needing repairs but when I do, like recently, it was done correctly. I will continue with this company for the life.

It has been a tremendous experience working with Jay Ward and his team at Access Property Solutions! They were referred to us by a local Anderson window organization to re-caulk each of the windows in our house. While they do both residential and commercial work, Jay used commercial grade caulk, spent days removing the old caulk and installing the new. They really took time and care and the windows look great, as they also nailed the color match.

Since they offer a variety of services, we also hired them to improve insulation in our crawlspace, re-strap the plumbing pipes, and ensure that we had proper encapsulation before winter time. We are so impressed by the quality of their work that we are going to ask them to return in the spring to do some mortar work maintenance. We highly recommend Jay and Access Property Solutions!!

The worst customer service I ever experienced, not coming back

up took my money for 4 windows said to be in stock in the Noblesville store. Then hours later said the point man there had already sold their stock and for me to return and be refunded. A trip that would entail 40 miles. Contractor had alreadyhad a claim check to pick order up.
