Deck Builder reviews in Indianapolis, Indiana

I have hired Platinum Deck and Patio 2x for different projects and was extremely satisfied with both projects. In fact, I would give more stars if I could!!!!!
A project manager meets with you and provides very thorough schematic drawings of your project. A project manager is only a phone call away if there are issues or questions. The workers were very friendly and extremely accurate according to the schematic drawings. The cleanup was excellent. I would recommend Platinum Deck and Patio to anyone wanting this type of work done.

Definitely a five star rating! This company is a class act. They took down my old deck and completed a new Trex deck with aluminum railing in a half a day! The team was efficient, polite, and hard-working. They put everything back on the deck and left the place immaculate I couldn’t be happier!

I was very pleased with every aspect of dealing with Platinum Deck and Patio for replacement of the 35-year-old deck boards and rebuild of the stairs. Starting with the Sales professional Leah, to the schedulers, coordinators, all communications and the impressive installation crew, it was a joy getting this done

We couldn’t be happier with our experience working with Platinum Deck & Patio. From start to finish, their team delivered exceptional customer service, thoughtful design, and true collaboration.

A special shoutout to Joe Norwell, who was incredible throughout the entire process. He really took the time to understand our vision and worked closely with us to design an outdoor space that not only looks beautiful but also fits our lifestyle and budget. We never felt pressured—just supported—and that made all the difference.

The construction team was equally impressive. They ran into a few unexpected challenges along the way, but handled each one with professionalism and problem-solving expertise. It was clear we were in good hands, and their attention to detail shows in the final product.

The end result is a stunning patio that our family will enjoy for years to come. It truly feels like our own little outdoor oasis.

If you’re looking for a company that combines great design, quality craftsmanship, and a customer-first approach, I highly recommend Platinum Deck & Patio.

Platinum provided the attention to detail required to meet our safety needs and produce a beautiful deck and patio.

Josh and Kyle are very professional. They’re great to work with and are great with communication throughout the process.

We love our patio! It’s small but exactly what we were looking for!!

These guys did a great job on our deck and Structure X (pergola). I highly recommend them!

Great job by the Platinum Team! Responsive and great communication to complete our flat roof project.

Patio looks awesome! We were able to get completed within a week which was great!

From customer service to craftsmanship, Platinum deck is professional and the quality of materials and work is top notch, just excellent. I’m a very happy customer

The work done creating my paver patio was extremely quick, professional and well constructed. Great costumer service as well who go the extra step to make sure you are happy with the end result.

From start to finish, everyone that was involved with our project was great ! Thank you for such a nice patio for years to come. A special thanks to Noah and Grace for their help and excellent suggestions

Very happy with the final product from Platinum. Really great experience with this group. Josh was really easy to work with and responsive early on and the owner Kyle helped finish strong. Provided a lot of very helpful advice, understood where I was at every step of the way! Highly recommend them. Thanks guys!

We absolutely love our new patio! It is the perfect space to share food and fellowship with our family and friends. Every member of the team involved was friendly, courteous, and very knowledgeable.

Josh and Kyle were great. We initially wanted to redo our deck, but after talking with Josh he explained how a patio would be a better choice. Josh was very knowledgeable able the product and so we chose to do a patio. After seeing the renderings we were very impressed.

They process was explained throughly and everything went as planned. The workers were great and we are pleased with our patio.

I'm extremely pleased with the paver patio Platinum recently completed for our home. The 14'x20' space with integrated seating walls exceeded our expectations in both design and functionality.

Platinum's transparent pricing approach was excellent - they provided a firm quote and honored it throughout the project, which made our budgeting process straightforward and stress-free.

Their pre-construction 3D renderings proved invaluable for visualizing the final outcome and making informed decisions about layout and materials. This level of preparation instilled confidence in our selection.

Despite challenging topography (our property features a substantial grade), their team expertly created a perfectly level installation. Their attention to foundational elements—often overlooked but critical for longevity—was particularly noteworthy. The precision of the paver pattern and craftsmanship of the built-in seating walls demonstrates their technical expertise.

The project was completed within the promised 5-day timeframe by a crew that clearly possessed both skill and dedication. The finished installation, which includes integrated lighting in the seat walls, complements our pond view beautifully.

For anyone considering hardscaping improvements, I confidently recommend Platinum based on their professionalism, technical proficiency, and exceptional results.

I don't have photos to attach, but we are very happy with the resurfacing job that was just completed. Josh, Noah, Will, and the rest of the crew, did an excellent job. A bit of weather delays, and some timing issues; all in all, the job was done very quickly and exactly as we expected. Having the longer, wider steps, and the hand rail, makes getting up and down so much safer than before. The deck does clean very easily, glad I can get Fabulosa at Dollar Tree ;) We highly recommend Platinum should you be thinking about a new deck, or just resurfacing the one you have.

This is one of many backyard entertainment areas we have had over the years. This is the best start to finish. The associates at Platinum Deck and Patio are true professionals that take tremendous pride in the completion of your dream backyard entertainment area. Every touch point was professional and engaging from design to finish. We would only use the Platinum Team and would highly recommend them to family, friends, and anyone considering a backyard project. We love our patio and landscaping.

Josh was a pleasure to work with. He showed up on time, was very thorough and asked a lot of questions to make sure he was able to design something that we would enjoy. He turned the quote around to me quickly and the whole process was very easy! Definitely not my normal experience working with contractors. I would highly recommend Platinum deck and patio.

We are very happy with our new patio! The work was done with a great attention to detail and the end result is just as we’d imagined!
