Brian was out at my house on September 14 to install a new power attic fan he installed the fan did not secure it properly to the roof it shakes call the home warranty company back on September 30. He never called me back so I push with claims solutions with my home warranty company he returned on October 21. Was unwilling to make any modifications to secure this to my roof. Do not use this company poor customer service!!! After talking with manager of home warranty company Brian was the one that did the modifications on September 14 making the fan to where it is not under warranty.

This company has contract with HMS/home warranty. The tech that came out was extremely unprofessional, they lied to my home warranty and said my home needed to be completely rewired and wanted $2,500. My home warranty said they would not cover me. I called on local town electrician and it was a $650. We had them instal 2 additional outlets $100 for each. Rain tree did not bother in providing me any report of there findings. Even though I asked for a report or bid for job.

Raintree was hired through our warranty company in 2018. From the get go we had a hard time getting a hold of him to get things fixed at the house. When he finally did come, he replaced an attic fan, a few months later our house caught on fire because of that fan. We are unsure if it was because of the part he purchased or how it was installed. We tried to contact Raintree for months, even had an attorney through our insurance company try and contact him with no luck. If I had the option, I would not use this company unless you want to be out of a house for 11 months due to said fire.

They installed a new box in our garage when we bought a house on Indy's south side about 10 years ago, along with some other installations and updates. We liked them enough that when we remodeled the kitchen about 5 years later, we called them back. On both occasions, they were fast, clean, friendly, and the work was high quality.

Excellent, quick and efficient service. Aaron did a fantastic job and left things way better than he found them and even fixed up some of the odd work we inherited with the house. From the time I called to the time it took to finish the job completely was only an hour and fifteen minutes. Very satisfied with this work.
