I had attempted some electrical repairs on a faulty light switch myself and ruined the breaker. Cody was out the next day after I called (though he was delayed an hour or so by some issues outside his control), and had the issue diagnosed and fixed, and the original repair done, all within 15 minutes of arriving. We’ve used his services multiple times in the past and are always very happy with the response time, speed of diagnosis and repair, and price. He definitely knows what he’s doing. He’s become the only electrician we use.

Ty was informative and answered all of my questions thoroughly. He installed new light switches, outlets, light fixtures, routed chords in the home theater, and other miscellaneous work. Everything done was clean and professional. It all looks great and works great.

This review is about an employee of Roush Electric who drove aggressively and acted inappropriately. He was speeding through a McDonald’s parking lot in Broad Ripple and revved his engine at my daughter while she was crossing the pedestrian crosswalk, then glared at her in an aggressive manner when they both entered. What a miserable way to behave, definitely not how someone should represent their company.

John did a great job installing an interlock switch and a plug in receptacle for our portable generator install. I also asked him to install a wattmeter and a power back alarm, both parts that I sourced. He had no problems working with them and integrating them in to my backup power setup. His pricing was reasonable as well, which is appreciated. We will continue to use him.

I am extremely disgusted and angered by the lack of professionalism and lack of response from this company. Your company did the wiring for homes on the southside of Indianapolis. My sunroom has been completely without power for a little over 1 week. I scheduled an appointment for Monday, February 21st, a day I had off from work. The receptionist/office manager scheduled me for the time period of 1 to 4. I waited and called at 3pm to verify that someone was still coming out. I was told that some would be here within the hour. Well, as I write this, it is 6:24pm and no one has called or shown up. I've wasted 1/2 a day waiting and missed several opportunities to do things as well as have another company come out to assist. No one, NO ONE, had the descent courtesy to even call to notify me of any changes, etc... I will be sure to not recommend this company to anyone and will report this incident to the BBB.

I can't express enough how angry and disappointed I am that no one even bothered to call or notify me of any changes. I understand that things happen, but to just be brushed off completely? Not acceptable! This was 100% unprofessional and flat out rude!

I had them out yesterday to add new a new breakers and run wire to install a new GFI outlet in one of my bathrooms. I also had them run new wire to add two additional plugs in the front bedroom as well as an additional plug in the small bedroom. The guys arrived on time, they were very friendly and did an above and beyond excellent job of making the holes for the new boxes…. with absolutely NO damage to my old plaster walls at all. If and when I have any electrical needs at all, this is the company I am sticking with.

over night parking is okay in the street around there . Before the docks in the right that is place I sleep in .
