My fiance and I bought a home knowing it would need a lot of work on the electrical system. There were many items that failed code and were safety hazards like open junctions in the walls/ceilings, incorrect wiring, no grounds, deteriorated wires, etc. Our realtor suggested Power Environments, so I called TJ, and it was a great decision! TJ came out and gave an estimate in person, which I really appreciated since many other companies just wanted to do it over the phone or via email. When the work started, the two members of his team, Adam and Ryan, were very professional. I appreciated the level of respect they showed me and my new (old) home. It was a big job, and it did take longer than they originally planned - but they wanted to make sure everything was done right and to my satisfaction. Everything looks really clean, is up to code, and I feel so much more at peace with the house now that it has a solid and safe electrical system. Thank you guys!! It's clear that this company focuses on good character and integrity in how they operate their business.

Power Environments was recommended to me by a friend of mine that used to be in the general contracting space. I would recommend Power Environments in a heartbeat. They did great work, were prompt and professional, and charged a fair price.

Some other large companies quotes double the price, which was unnecessary.

One critique I have is that the communication ahead of the work wasn't top notch, but they did great work now that it's all said and done.

Here's a thought, hire drivers that don't blatantly cut people off in parking lots.

Used their services at the Indianapolis Museum of Art and another employee of ours used to work for them. Very poor company with very poor standards.

Hilarious to honk your horn at pedestrians. Your employee’s professionalism likely extends to their work and for that reason will not be choosing your services.

The electrician who from Barth did great work, explained what he was doing, and worked quickly yet with attention to detail. I really appreciated his expertise.

An electrician named Kevin B. from Barth Electric saved me: no power--no furnace, stove, hot water heater--on a 35 degree day. Arrived quickly, knew right away what was going on, fixed the problem. Professional, courteous, knowledgeable. Will definitely be using Barth again.

Cutting off other drivers in a company car reflects very poorly on the company.

10 minutes later, I see another vehicle from this company, this time a pickup truck, cutting off other drivers. I would not contact this company for their services.

They came to install a doorbell at my friend's house. She is an elderly widow and they took terrible advantage of her. They overcharged by $1082.00, didn't finish the job and did not even give her an itemized invoice which they are legally obligated to do. She paid because she is elderly. Barth now refuses to refund the difference and won't return phone calls. One salesman, Vic, called her a liar and threatened her with their lawyer, and the front desk secretary hung up on her. A despicable company that I will never use and I will make sure everyone I talk to knows what they've done to this poor old woman. I only gave one star because no stars is not an option.

I highly recommend Barth Electric for all of your commercial and residential electrical needs. I've used Barth for all of my residential projects at my new home. They wired and hung this beautiful chandelier in my dining room. I have plans to have them back to swap out outlets and receptacles and to hang another chandelier in my entryway. Quality service done right the first time.

One of their rude drivers cut me of on I-65. I saw him turn into my friend's neighborhood. He's parked at the house on the corner. I'm not a vindictive person but that's not the smartest move.

Most horrible experience I have ever had with an electrician and company. My exhaust fan and light in my shower no longer work at all, which was functioning fine when he got there. I also now have 2 huge holes in my plywood from where the electrician moved 2 outlets. West Shore Homes hired this company for my electrical work in a bathroom remodel and now I am stuck with fixing the mess. Very poor business!

Cody painted my shed he was very reliable and very good quality painter I would recommend Him highly.

Small hone repair - I have called multiple companies for small home repairs or projects. Most of them would never give me a call back or lead me on. Rains Painting and Electric LLC had great communication and complete the job in a goid time frame. Pricing / Estimate for project are in fair or better range then other companies that I have talk to. I am looking at using this company for future projects that I am planning to do.

Cody has been a staple in my house. He does so many jobs (with more planned in the future). I've referred him to friends. We all agree that he does a great job and his prices are good. He's also fast and clean. He's helped me out with stuff he didn't need to but he's that kind of guy. I will always recommend this guy
