That stay open so I could get a plc board to get are sand mixed running without there help are plant would of been shutdown for another day witch would of cost us a lot of money and the employee short on Friday

Every time I see one of their vans it is driving erratically or not keeping up with traffic while driving in the fast lane. They never move over and flip you the bird once you get a chance to move around them.

I don't know how they do buisness but if it's anything like there receiving department I don't know how there in business. I'm a truck driver bringing the supplies they need got there the night before to make sure I was there on-time. Was told I had to guess when they were done receiving me & that's if they were going to take me. And the woman with bluish / purple hair was so rude I would rather have a conversation with my ex-wife or even the devil.if I ever electrical supplies I'll make sure to get from somewhere else!

Called in my order for 10 LED bulbs but when I arrived nobody knew anything. Nice lady at counter helped me but ended up getting the wrong bulbs which I found out once I got back to jobsite and opened box. Probably ordering online would eliminate any confusion.

Best stock at a location (not including zone) of any supplier I've been to. Girl at the counter was smart and awesome. Love how they showed what they had which saved time on going and pulling things. Love the new tech they showed in the lobby. Want one of these in eastern ohio

Astounding customer service and positive attitudes. Kirby Risk offers frothing customer service and makes every interaction memorable. Each interaction thus far with Kirby Risk staff has been responsive, accurate and on-time. Nonetheless Kirby Risk after hours is incomparable - 9 times out of 10 the person on-call beats us and upon arrival our order is fulfilled. I have to give kudos to this wonderful company! Great job!

The counter people are great to work with. Like everyone knows, sometimes you just don't know the name of a part but you know what you're trying to do, and those guys will help you get exactly what you need with patience as a team. They may be a little pricer than other places, but the CS and quality of parts is the reason why. 👍👍

How in the world do you guys stay in business? Given your pricing, I only call in a pinch and if I do call I might actually get someone to answer 10% of the time. And then of that 10% somehow it's a crapshoot whether I'm even talking to the location I called. Your customer management is atrocious. This doesn't even begin to touch on the fact that the few people I do actually manage to speak with sound like they would rather jump off a cliff than be in a business of customer service.

I had to buy a part that I could have bought at the big box store, but I was hoping for a more knowledgeable salesperson. They actually provided way less information than the big box store and seemed pretty annoyed that I was there buying as a non-electrician. My questions were actually answered with "you'd have to ask an electrician" and my questions were not complex in the least. They were specific to the equipment only, just looking for clarification. It seemed like the lady that helped me was giving her co-workers a hard time before me so I didn't take it personally but just something to know before going there as a normal consumer.

Great staff. They have your order ready before you arrive. Wait time is short and order is correct.

Went in this morning to pickup cable tray,good people,good products..They've probably got the electrical material you've been looking for....

Most employees were nice and courteous. One guy complained about having to do his job endlessly.

Word of advice. Perhaps don’t drive around in a work truck honking at people & road raging! Your reckless driving is not needed on city roads. I’m not sure why you felt it was necessary to honk at me because I delayed driving at a green light as I was giving the right of way to an Indy Go Bus that was blocking the intersection. Were you honking so I would speed forward and potentially t-bone it? As if that wasn’t enough, you tried cutting me off two blocks south as I was yielding to another vehicle. I realize there’s a lot of construction in Indianapolis right now & we all have places to be, but that does not excuse you from using safety on the road and behind the wheel.
