I scheduled a 9 a.m. apt via their online booking service, 2 days in advance, as the Owner advised me to do. I rearranged my entire morning for them to do repair. The young men arrived over 90 mins late. I turned them away. I will not book with Alphonzo Inc again.

I had an appointment scheduled for 9am this morning. It’s now 10am and they’re still not here. I adjusted my schedule for the entire day to fit this appointment in. Don’t post appointment time slots for 9am if you’re not going to show up at 9am. It’s as simple as that. Also, I tried calling the number they left with me and it goes straight to voicemail. Also tried emailing and nothing. Ugh.

A tree fell on our powerline damaging the weather head. I spent days trying to get other companies to help me restore power. It took one call, a few pictures, then just a few hours to be up to par. Hands down the best! Professional, quality work, responsive, and the best price in Indianapolis! Highly recommend! Will use again in the future! They priced the work better(way better) and got it done same day without gouging us with emergency or priority prices. If ur looking for an electrician, these are the guys!

Contacted on a Saturday and they were happy to come out same day. I could not fit into my schedule that day so they came Monday. Pool pump was not working. They diagnosed the problem were prompt, polite, professional and worked fast. Had me up and going in no time! Back to swimming!

I had noticed my mast was damaged. I wanted someone to come out before the problem grew. Jimmy was here next day (on Saturday) and fixed us right up. I personally messed up the payment and they were more than understanding with my confusion. Great value. Highly recommend!!

I contacted Alphonzo Inc for professional electric advise and he exceeded my expectations! He was very professional, on time, & courteous. The entire project took only a few hours; which included all upgrades to meet current codes, a new kitchen hood, 6 light installation and a new ceiling fan. It was all done at a very responsible price. If you’re looking for a great electricians this is the company for you. Highly recommended!

Great service overall from the start of working with them. Easy to schedule an appointment, reminder notices of the appointment. Arrived on time and was able to determine what the issue was with our doorbell not working. Fixed the issue for us. Came back a few days later to tweak another issue quickly. Definitely will use them again.

I needed a 60 AMP GFCI breaker box installed for a hot tub. The technician, Duane, was exceptional. He went above and beyond to make sure the install was perfectly done, I mean perfectly, with total customer satisfaction. Plus, he was very professional all the way. Great listener and it was so clear he was a top notch technician who knew what he was talking about and doing. I highly recommend Alphonzo Inc. Thank you!

Jimmy was very professional and knowledgeable. My husband and I had spent many hours trying to troubleshoot some inexpert wiring done by previous contractors as we were DIYing repairs to list our home. We should’ve saved ourselves the agony of not being experts ourselves and gone with Alphonzo from the beginning. Very affordable, which was one of my main concerns as we were on a tight budget. A many-month-long saga was resolved in little more than an hour of Jimmy’s diagnosis and treatment. Go with Alphonzo! You won’t regret it.

Easy to work with and very reliable! He installed a smart door lock on my rental property while I was out of state. He confirmed the appointment and showed up on time! As simple as this sounds, it’s where many fall short! But not Alphonzo! Very pleased with the installation and professionalism!

Ben and his crew have put in recessed lighting, outdoor lighting, outdoor receptacles and a few other things during our renovations. They are affordable and professional. On time and clean up any mess. They have been willing to take time to share ideas and not rush the job.

I highly recommend Ben and his team. I had my water heater replaced and EG Electric converted the hardwired unit to a GFCI. He also added an outlet. He was quick, came prepared, and worked safely. Not sure why someone gave this company 2 stars. If I could rate it higher, I would. Thanks Ben!

EG Electric did all of these jobs, plus installed an audio and video system after we purchased our new home 2 1/2 years ago.He installed 4 new track lighting units in our great room. They are very attractive. He picked these lights. Due to our cathedral ceilings, I asked how we can change the bulbs? His response was (they will last 30 years!) The bulbs started going out within 4 months. So far 10 have been replaced. He tells us that they have been discontinued. I have called many times asking for different lights. No response. We have 6 lights out at this time.He has done nothing to replace the tracks. He tells me he is looking for new ones. My husband has ,also, contacted him several times. I would not recommend this company for any electrical work.

We’ve used Beckerich twice (put in a new breaker box + generator hookup and recently an urgent re-do of a disastrous Home Depot dishwasher install) and they have great service and reasonable rates. I have recommended them to other people in town who need electrical work.

Bill came out to the property, looked at the work , took down contact information and said he would provide an estimate via email. He never responded. When called about the estimate he said it would be on its way. Never responded. It was a small job, $3,700 and Bill could have said it was too small or that it did not fit his schedule but instead he chose to simply blow it off. As that is his customer service and his consideration of others time he would never be a person/company I would contract.

In short- Very friendly and efficient and would defiantly use them again.

We were having issues with the power going out on our entire second floor and figured out that an outlet in the master bedroom was the cause. We were worried that there was loose wiring and worried that it could be a fire hazard. I called for a quote and the owner called me back. He was very informative (not one of those that only give you the rates and tell you that they have to see the problem before telling you anything). Even though it was already the afternoon they were able to get an electrician out the same day. (We got lucky as they had a guy not very far from where we live finishing up a job around 3pm.) No complaints about this electrician. He was also very nice and was able to fix the problem pretty quick.

Only negative is that they don't take credit/debit cards and no one told me before everything was fixed. Luckily we had some emergency cash in the house.

This is the first time I have ever hired an electrician, so I'm not sure if their rates are high or low, but $110 was completely worth having someone come out the same day to make sure we don't have an electrical fire especially since we keep my 3 week old daughter's bassinet not very far from this outlet!
