Do yourself a favor and go ahead and call someone else.
Called them and asked for a siemens type QN breaker. In response I get, "have you ever used our website? Just go on there and it will tell you."

Ordered a surge protector 1/10/2023 only to get told that the 28 that they have ready to ship on their website is allocated for another customer. They apparently are running some kind of false advertisements because back on July 9, 2022 I ordered the same surge protector and received the exact word for word response. Either they are copying and pasting or they have it as a form letter. The one and only difference is the lead time. I know I won't be trying to buy anything from this company again.

Wish I had read the bad reviews of this company before I placed the order. Once the order was placed I was told "the stock we have listed on hand is currently allocated for an existing customer".

Then why have it listed on your website. I would avoid these guys. Like the other reviewer wrote they are pulling some type of scam. Moving on to the next guy.

I have been dealing with Tim Johns through my company B & D Industrial for a few years now, and he has been the most professional, courteous, and prompt handler of our orders the whole time..........never a hiccup with SES or Tim Johns. These folks have top tier customer service and I can highly recommend them.

Tyler was very helpful in showing me and explaining to me what I thought was wrong. Very quick, same day. Other companies I called wanted to charge $200+ just to come out and they did not. Will definitely use for my next electrical issue.

My Sump pump had stopped working due to an electric problem. I called Electric today. They gave an estimate or $250 dollars while they were on site, fixed the problem and did a very professional job. Other electric companies gave me an estimate of $1650 to do the same job.
I recommend Electric Today very highly.

They rewired. My whole house, but some of the wire in the wall, they did not change. And I'm just now finding that out. So I called and talked to Emily, and she was kind of rude about it. She said, if I have some work done, they would fix it for free. But it's their fault because they didn't chase all the wires like they were supposed to, and then she could accuse me of not having my house totally rewired. Well, I have the paperwork to show that it was totally rewired, so I would not recommend this company to nobody because they would not come back and fix their mistakes without charging people. That's not how you do business.

Tyler came out to find out why our electricity wasn’t working in the garage. Very quickly he determined it was just a ground default thing and showed us how to reset. He was sooooo nice and could have charged us a large amount but didn’t. Highly recommend this company

Kyle Smith came out on a Friday to quote our needs. We needed to wire outlets, switches, and install can lights for a basement to get them to code. Also, needed to install a subpanel.

We received our quote on a Tuesday for $17,080. They write various financing terms on their quote as well - one being 84 months financing terms at 9.99%, $1184 a month for 84 months. Lol.

So, ultimately we had 4 guys quote on this project and Electric Today was 4.5 times higher than the next contactor. The national average for wiring a 1300 sq/ft basement to code is 3-5k. We are doing framing, drywall, drywall finish, ceiling, painting, flooring, trim for all less than this electrical quote alone.

Had Tyler as my electrician. He reinstalled my Ring Doorbell and checked my circuit box. He made reasonable recommendations and provided information that was essential to the safety of my home. I highly recommend their service as a homeowner.

I write to commend the outstanding integrity of Electric Today.

An Electric Today technician accidentally broke one of our kitchen pendant lights while attempting a repair. The highly capable and professional electrician felt terrible. His heartfelt apology was followed by quick assurances from the company that they would make it right. Since the same pendant was no longer available, making it right meant purchasing a full set of three new pendants and installing them at no charge. There was never any attempt to deny responsibility. No wiggle when the price tag involved three pricey alabaster pendants. No mention of labor costs when it took three very competent technicians to install due to complicated attic wiring.

This experience is so noteworthy because of the bedrock business ethics demonstrated by Electric Today. We broke it, we fix it. In a world where too many businesses sadly look to cut corners, you will not find more integrity than shown by Electric Today.

The office staff and technician Kyle were both extremely professional and took the time to correctly diagnose my problem ; highly recommend Electric Today. Update; also had Kyle and team replace my 200a panel; again provided great service.
