The owners take sincere pride in there services and have been around a long time any one needing any electrical services I would highly recommend pritt electric.

There driver cut me off in traffic, the flipped me off and cussed me out on 74 near brownsburg. If that's the way the driver/technician acted I would never hire them

Pritt put in a full home surge protector and services my generator. Been extremely happy with the onsite and phone customer service.

I am a heating and air contractor and from time to time I need an electrician. They have helped me several times, but this time the dropped the ball. Couldn't get a timely quote which now my $20,000 + job is in jeopardy. And when I told the girl on the phone my frustrations, she didn't care.

Wish I could put a zero rating.. worst service I have had in Indy since I moved here a little over a year ago. They are crooks and the manager / owner does NOT Want to do ANYTHING TO MAKE SITUATION RIGT AND FAIR.. THIS COMPANY DISGUSTS ME, PLS READ THIS POST BEFORE HIRING THEM FOR ANY WORK .... YOU WILL BE OUT OF YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY !!!

I have been using Pritt Electric for years, and just recently for installation of an electrical outlet in the grill area outside. Very professional and can hardly see where the trench was dug. I highly recommend them.

After moving into our new home we found the home inspection didn't catch the fact that all the gfi receptacles didn't work. Pritt came out when they said they would, performed the work in a professional manner, and did it for a fair price.

I would give lower than a 1 if I could - the owner of the company failed to provide service requested, just an estimate because they got backed up and came out after 5. So when I called to try to get someone back out I could not confirm if I could get anyone there. I was hung up on by the owner 3 times after being told to use someone else! The most UNPROFESSIONAL company I have ever dealt!

Amos and Trey arrived on time and made a quick fix on my Master Bathroom fan/heater unit. Very nice and polite, and showed us what was wrong and made the fix. Thank you to them!!

Whoever drives this van (picture attached) is insane and cutting people off in traffic. I won’t ever use this company simply because of that lol.

I was at McDonald's drive thru in Greenwood with my 3 kids and one of the drivers was behind me, he was honking his horn at me and telling me to move up. He then rolled down his window while smoking a cigarette and calling me a stupid f***ing b**ch and to move forward (which clearly I couldn't) and I told him I couldn't. He then proceeds to call me more names in front of my children. How horrible to treat people like that, especially in a company van. I did speak to the manager, which was very nice and apologized for her worker and said she is going to take care of it.

One of their drivers cut a tree down in my neighbor’s yard. The tree fell on my car, parked on my property, causing major damage. They came over and asked me to move my car AFTER the damage occurred. I will find out who this was and he WILL pay for the repairs one way or another. If someone driving one of your vans is doing work in someone’s yard, you might want to make sure they don’t damage someone else’s property.

I had them out to give an estimate. Three weeks later still no estimate. I finally reach someone on the phone and received an answer to why I have not heard back and they immediately hung up on me. They explained they owner was on vacation and now they had a serious illness in the family. I hope everyone recovers ok but still not a way to run a business. I probably would not recommend them or use them in the future.

Teach your drivers to stop straddling two lanes. Your driver was on Washington St between East St and Pine St straddling two lanes because they didn’t want anyone merging from the left lane onto the right lane. This is how the two lanes were temporarily created. When a car went around they got upset and started honking. Why? Because the other car was in the right? Soooo what kind of drivers/employees do you have? Never using or recommending you. Unprofessional.
